Story
Sweet little Salt has the softest, silkiest puppy-coat!! She's a Siberian Husky and she's striking. Salt is a friendly puppy. The only reason she's at the shelter is because she lived with an older, small dog in her home prior and that dog didn't appreciate her youthful exuberance and playfulness (we don't blame them, puppies can be a lot!). Salt will need all the training any young puppy needs. She'd be open to living with another dog who matched her energy level, but if there were a resident dog, we'd want to host a dog meeting here at the shelter to see if personalities might be a match. She has never lived with a cat. If you're interested in Salt, call the shelter at (603) 472-3647 and press 1 for adoptions to speak with an adoption counselor!

Story
Meet Bingo, a spunky red Heeler boy who’s bursting with energy and ready to bring fun and love into any home. He’s a loyal and affectionate pup, always eager to cuddle up after a day full of excitement and adventure. While Bingo’s playful nature makes him a joy to be around, he does have a lot of energy that sometimes leads to mischievous behavior. As a young and intelligent dog, Bingo is quick to learn but needs some consistent training to help him focus and master his manners. He thrives in an active environment where he can engage in play and exercise, and he’s always ready for a new challenge. With the right guidance and patience, Bingo will flourish into a well-behaved companion who’s as loyal as they come. This loving boy is looking for a family who can help him burn off his energy while also teaching him the ropes. Bingo is excited to meet his forever family and share all the love and joy he has to give!

Story
My name is Joni Mitchell, and I am a pretty little Bassett Hound mix puppy. That was born the middle of October to a pure bred Bassett Mama. The owner of our mom is homeless in living in a tent outside and a few weeks ago, he decided he needed to find a rescue to help me and my siblings find homes and get out of the cold and living in a tent in the woods.  It was the most loving thing he could have done for us.  My foster mom is so good to me and I followed her everywhere. She has taught me about crate training, and I am already housebroken.  I love to play with the other dogs. And I am trying to learn not to be afraid of the man who has called her husband at my foster home.  I just feel easier around girls.  On New Year's Eve, the teenage girls that live at the foster home had their friend's over and I had so much fun being loved on by all of them period I really do like people.  I'm a little hesitant with men, but I'm really working hard to get over it. I am pretty late back and I know that I probably could give you the best cuddles and snuggles this winter.  I would be a forty pound Bassett looking girl when I grow up period right now, I weigh eleven pounds.  I'm ready for adoption right now. And I can write up on the transport van from nashville, tennessee, 21 of six transport stops along our route through the northeastern states. If you are interested, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJanuary 9, 2025, 5:29 pm
