Story
Darla came to me as a stray from Las Vegas, NM. She is now kennel trained, goes potty outside and loves to play with other dogs. She's good with cats and it's very friendly to everyone she meets! She's about a year old and has tons of puppy behavior still. Lots of energy. She is too rough for little kids (that's why I'm rehoming her) but I think would be wonderful with teens. She needs someone who is able to take the time to play and train her. She is thought to have never had a home before me so it's almost like starting from square 1. She has no "door manners" and will escape if you give her the opportunity. She is the sweetest dog and I think will be the biggest cuddle bug when she settles down.

Story
This is LayLa! At the end of April 2024, she ran out in front of my car and I almost hit her! But she jumped in when I called to her. We have posted her and checked her for a microchip, we have not found her owners. She is about 1 year old, she weighs 40 lbs. and it doesn't appear that she will get much bigger. We have taken her to the vet and she is up to date on shots. She will be spayed on July 12, 2024. She is a super sweet dog! She rarely barks, is house trained and walks well on a leash. She is a chewer, and loves rawhide bones. She really wants to play! I would like to see her adopted into a home with another young dog or puppy, but as long as she has a walk daily, or gets to a dog park, she will be a happy girl.
