Story
💕 Meet Trinket! 💕 At 10 years old and just 12 pounds, sweet Trinket is a little lady with a whole lot of love to give! 🥰 She is friendly, gentle, and happiest when she can be the center of someone’s attention. She enjoys being outside and does wonderfully with other dogs. 🐶💗 Trinket would be perfectly happy sharing her forever home with another dog—she might even enjoy having a furry brother or sister! She loves going for walks, eating alongside her foster dog sibling, and soaking up his companionship. They even sometimes share a bed! 💞 Trinket is fully crate-trained, non-destructive, relaxed around food and toys, and absolutely wonderful with guests. She has also done beautifully with an 8-year-old child and will probably do well with kids of any age. 🥰 Trinket may have some hearing and vision limitations, a quieter home where she can be the focus of her family would be ideal. 🏡💕 Trinket is still working on potty training and has occasional accidents, so her forever family will need to be patient and understanding. She would be happy in either a house or apartment, and while she loves having outdoor time, a fenced yard is not required. ‼️SPECIAL MEDICAL NOTE: Trinket has a spay and mammary mass removal surgery scheduled for September 10, 2026. Her adopter will be responsible for making sure she gets to this scheduled surgery. Trinket may be a senior girl, but she still has plenty of love, companionship, and happy days ahead. If you're looking for a sweet little shadow who would love to be your special girl, Trinket may be the one for you! 💕🐾

Story
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Click here to apply for the pet Pillow has had a rough start to life. After becoming pregnant, she was left to fend for herself on the streets of South Texas. Fortunately, a local rescuer took her in and fostered her for two years, hoping for a forever home that never came. Eventually, Pillow moved to a rescue in Tennessee, but her journey took another sad turn when she developed mammary tumors. Now considered a hospice dog, she remains comfortable and surrounded by love in her foster home. Despite her challenges, Pillow is pure sweetness. She is affectionate, calm, and loves to lounge and cuddle with her humans. Her gentle demeanor makes her great with children, cats, and other dogs, making her an easygoing companion. Pillow simply desires a soft space to land and a family to share her love with in the time she has left. Pillow is looking for a foster or adopter in the Northeast. Transport can be arranged from Tennessee to NYC and nearby areas for approved fosters or adopters. Ready to take the next step? Click apply to start the adoption process. What are you waiting for?
