Meet Kawma! This adorable 3-year-old boy is a petite 41 lbs of pure charm and playfulness. Kawma loves to have fun, especially when it comes to playtime, but overall, he’s a fairly calm and laid-back companion. He enjoys a good game, but he’s just as content to relax by your side. He’s treat motivated and knows how to sit nicely for his rewards, though he may get a little excited and jump up for them at first – but don’t worry, he quickly settles into a polite sit! Kawma is excellent on a leash, making walks with him a breeze. He enjoys being outside and exploring, and he’s always up for an adventure. While he loves affection, he can be a bit timid at times, so he’ll need a patient person who can give him the time and space he needs to feel fully comfortable. Once he’s settled in, Kawma is sure to bond closely with his human and enjoy all the love and attention you have to offer. If you’re looking for a sweet, calm, playful, and affectionate companion, Kawma could be the perfect match. He’s ready to find a family who will give him the time and care to blossom into the confident, loving dog he’s meant to be! As always, we strongly recommend bringing any resident dogs to the shelter for a meet and greet with potential new family members to be sure it's a good match. If bringing a dog for a meet and greet, please bring proof of up to date rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. To meet your future pet, come to Guilford County Animal Services between 12 and 4 any day except Tuesday!
