Please make sure to read the narrative below our pet's photos as you will find a description of our pet with all we know about them, our adoption fee info, and you will find the link to do our online Adoption Application which is the first step in our Adoption Process!     Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application!   Pet Description:  Jedediah is a two-year-old, 10 lb male handsome long-haired cat that came to us as a stray never reclaimed. He is super sweet and loving.  Has a healing scar on his nose as think he might have fought with another cat before he came here but it is healing fine.     ADOPTION FEES:  Cats & Kittens under one year old are $50.00 but cats over a year old are 'name your adoption fee.'   All cat adoptions include......mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your kitty home with you; basic kitty immunizations (FVR-CP+Calici); de-worming; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, etc.   The first step is to our Adoption Application here:  https://elmorehumane.org/adoption-application-online-form2.html .   IMPORTANT – we respond to your emailed applications and queries via email back to you.  Please make sure you have either added our email (hselco@bellsouth.net) to your contact list or that you routinely check your SPAM folder for our response just to be safe. Sugar bear and his brother were tiny kittens of a feral mama, we were feeding her for a very long time. And then captured her and had her Spade. We also captured the kittens when they were only four weeks old. We tamed them. Gave them baths, got them neutered and micro chipped. They’re very very sweet, loving and cuddly. They have had their rabies shots, but that’s it for now. We are just keeping one of the kittens. He’s a kid friendly. And sugar bear is a little shy around kids…
