You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application. She is now a diet-controlled diabetic who is healthy and does well other than having to be on a special diet of diabetic dry cat food. She is a sweet kitty but is wary of other cats. She pretty much just goes the other way rather than confront them though.
