Story
Meet Our Resilient Rescued Cats!Patricia is one of several sweet cats that were rescued from a situation where many cats were in need. They are now looking for their forever homes. They are still adjusting to life outside of their previous environment, but with time, patience, and love, they will (and have been) blossoming into wonderful companions!Quiet but Friendly: These cats are gentle and tend to be more on the quiet side. They may take a little time to warm up to new people and situations, but they`re friendly and eager to build trust.Slow Socialization: As with many rescue animals, these cats need a calm and patient approach. They`ll likely be a little shy at first, and they appreciate a slower pace when it comes to forming bonds. Understanding their need for space and letting them come to you on their own terms will help them feel secure.Slow and Steady Feeding: Some of our rescued cats may need to be monitored for food intake to avoid overeating. In their previous environment, food may have been scarce or chaotic, so they may be inclined to eat quickly when food is offered. It`s important for adopters to be mindful of portion sizes and offer meals gradually.Tender Loving Care (TLC): These cats are incredibly sweet and will thrive in a home where they feel safe, loved, and appreciated. They may need extra care and attention as they adjust to their new lives, and we are confident they will repay you with affection and loyalty once they feel secure. If you have the patience, understanding, and love to offer, these sweet cats will make a loyal addition to your family. If you`re ready to help them continue their journey to happiness, we`d love to connect with you! Adopt, and give them the chance they deserve to live a peaceful, happy life.

Story
Sophie is from a group of wonderful kitties who are on the lookout for their forever homes. They came from a quiet household where they lived with one person, and due to the health concerns of their previous guardian, they are now searching for a new family. While they may be a little shy at first, they have love to give once they feel safe and comfortable. It is not required to adopt more than one of these cats, but we think doing so OR having another feline friend at the new home will help the process of transitioning post adoption. Consider adopting a cat in need, here @ CVHS today!

Jazzy is a talker, and will happily chirp along to communicate with you or get your attention! He has lived peacefully with other cats, but could also enjoy having a person all to himself     Jazzy's adoption fee is $85 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and FeLV/FIV testing.  Jazzy is seeking an indoor only home. Our adoption process includes a home visit and a vet history check, please submit an adoption application for consideration.  Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept their animals altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:20 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Isabel. I was adopted once before when I was just a kitten but ended up back at the rescue due to no fault of my own. It took me a long time to learn to trust people again. I am a an older girl and I tend to be shy or cautious around strangers, but once I get used to you I will enjoy lots of love and pets! I'm not a big fan of being picked up yet, and I'm not much of a lap cat. I will need some time to settle in and get used to a new routine, so I am looking for an adopter that will give me lots of patience in a nice and quiet home that is very cat friendly. Since I am still pretty timid, I would prefer to go to a home with no small children as I do prefer my space and I am unsure if I like dogs. I currently am living with other adults kitties, but I prefer to spend my time cuddling with the other laid-back cats instead of playing. If you're looking for a super chill feline friend, I am your girl! Isabel's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations and FeLV/FIV testing.  Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, we look for adopters who have a history of having kept their pets altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives.  If you would like to meet Isabel, please submit an adoption application for consideration at Adopthope.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:20 pm
