Story
This cat is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $75 if picked up in TN.* Visit http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ to apply. * $150 plus transport fee (varies) for adoptions to the Northeast. Just like our beloved pirates of the Caribbean character, Jack is a one man show! He is a gorgeous black coated Domestic Long Hair with lots to say, and more love to give than it may first seem. He’s 1 year young and has plenty of affection and attention to give to his humans. Jack adores being petted and brushed and has a subtle grey fever coat on his belly that just adds to his charm. Jack is good with other cats and dogs, granted a proper introduction and he would be fine with older cat considerate children as well. He’s one handsome dude looking for his perfect match! Won’t you duel with Jack today?     Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. March 25, 2025, 3:37 pm

Story
Gizzy is a happy and loving senior cat with beautiful long hair. She has such a big heart and loves to be affectionate. Her previous owner could no longer care for her, so she is for adoption at no fault of her own. Gizzy is fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption comes with an adoption packet and a brand-new cat carrier. Personality: • Friendly & Social: She enjoys being petted and brushed. She has a big heart and really loves to be affectionate. However, she does not like to be carried. • Not Cat-Friendly: She does not get along well with other feline companions, but she is friendly with dogs. • Litter trained: She is very clean and always uses her litter box. Remember, adopting a cat is a wonderful decision that brings joy and companionship! If you’re interested in giving Gizzy a forever home, reach out to the rescue organization for more details or apply to adopt today!
