Meet Minnie, she is looking for love and a great home. Minnie is a cling on or velcro cat, she wants to be held and loved all the time. Minnie's birthday is April 27th, 2018. Minnie is spayed, up to date on vaccines and negative for felv/fiv. Minnie will also be micro chipped with Home Again. Minnie gets bored and picks on the 13 year old cat. Minnie is not the best at grooming herself, so sometimes she has something stuck on her butt in her long hair. We suggest just simple keeping that hair trimmed. Mike, Big Mike is a big man with an even bigger heart! Mike came to HSAC after he was found dumped. Thankfully, Mike found another cat that lived outside as a stray to shack up with, helping home cope with the new change. Mike found Molly. Mike needs a home with no dogs, children older than 5, and cats that are social. He can be shy and quiet around other cats and that tends to get him beat up on. Mike is very food driven and loves to eat. He loves to be loved on and have his ears rubbed and scratched. When Mike is in a good mood, he will talk to you and whisper sweet nothings to you. But if he is scared, he will talk and let you know. LUNA fka Calliope is a stunning green-eyed long haired kitty looking for a furever home. She is a gentle, affectionate girl, who loves to be loved on. She's around 5 years old and 10 lbs. and is best suited to a quiet home where she will be showered with love. Luna came to the the rescue with a badly infected paw, the result of a severe bite wound that was left untreated. She required a great deal of veterinary TLC and we were worried she might require amputation but thankfully she has recovered and is using all 4 paws. She is not a fan of other kitties who want to play, probably a result of her injury, so she's best suited to a home where she will be an only child. If you'd like to meet lovely Luna, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. Our cats are fully vetted and require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We will not send cats to homes where they will be declawed, a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Kittens thrive in the companionship of other felines. Our kittens must go to homes with another friendly cat. Don’t have a cat yet? Adopt two kittens and double your fun. Our cat adoption fee covers spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, combo testing, deworming, microchip and any other needed care.
