Story
Name, age: Dilly, 1 year Likes: Head and tummy scratches, cuddles in bed, sleeps at night with you, wet food and treats, watching the birds. Dislikes: Too much petting, quick movements, loud noises. What would be the ideal home? I think an ideal home for Dilly would be an individual or couple without kids. Somewhere she could get all the attention she wants when she wants it without too much loud noise or chaos. She sleeps a lot!Good with other cats? unknownGood with dogs? unknownGood with children? Will tolerate but isn't a huge fan.Personality: Enjoys her own time, mainly sleeping. Ventures out to the window to chatter at the birds and people watch. I think in a quiet environment where she has full reign she will come out of her shell a bit more and show off her quirky side. How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 1-2 weeksAny special needs or traits an adopter should know? She is not afraid of letting you know she's done and will give warning signs. But when she is comfortable with you she enjoys being near you and I really think she could become a little shadow following you around! Medical: Suspect lumbosacral stenosis (on long-term Metacam), on Restorolax to ensure she has regular/consistent bowel movements. If you think Dilly is the one for you - fill out an application today!

A quiet and calm home that will respect his boundaries, with many places where he can rest and watch his people.Good with other cats? Unknown but possibleGood with dogs? UnknownGood with children? Most likely not.Personality: Papaye is a well-behaved and independent cat who loves observing the humans around whom he feels safe. Treats, patience, and respect for his boundaries are the way to get to his heart! He loves to show you that he loves you by giving you slow blinks (if you slowly blink back to him, he will keep slowly blinking at you for hours as long as you keep on going!), stretching towards his humans, making silly noises and talking to you, and showing you with his body language that he feels comfortable and safe! How long will it take to settle into a new environment? Papaye may need around eight weeks to start to feel comfortable.Any special needs or traits an adopter should know?
