Koala is a transfer from an overcrowded shelter; she isn't so sure about us humans here at DHS, but with time we are positive she will warm up and be as loving as she previously was. Koala has a soft, lush coat that would relax anyone after a hard day's work; once she is comfortable, she will allow petting and even give some head nudges to your hand for more attention. Alvin is as sassy as he is fluffy. He`s too adorable for words and he knows it. He loves snuggles, playing with people and other kitties, and climbing up his foster siblings` cat tower. He can be a bit of a drama queen during car rides and when he`s ready for meal time, but he`s genuinely a treat to have around.

She was recently surrendered because her owner moved out of state. This lovely, gorgeous Black Floof has put on quite a bit of weight and could use a diet plan and some scheduled play time/exercise. She is very sweet and loves to be cuddled. She will need extra attention to brushing/grooming, as her weight makes it challenging for her to groom herself. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Tricksee was brought to our shelter after her prior owner was no longer able to care for them along with Trixsee. She is understandably scared and confused as to why she is here at this age.  Tux and Trixsee would be fine to be adopted together or fine as solo cats. They will need extra time to adjust and gain back confidence. Tux seems more "friendly" just shy but Trixsee is little more anxious and annoyed by others.
