FIV +This sweet boy has the biggest cheeks!  He is FIV + but don't let that scare you away.  FIV kitties can live long healthy lives.  He is a little shy due to a few of his roommates with large personalities.  When you approach him, he comes out and his whole face lights up.  He is a  little hard to read sometimes.  He is a "mouthy" cat meaning that he sometimes communicates with his mouth.  He doesn't usually bite but he will put his mouth on your arm if you let him.  If he is doing that and you continue to pet him, he may nip.  He does the most adorable jump up to nudge against your hand when it's extended toward him.  Come meet this handsome fella and say hello!October 23, 2024, 12:09 am

FeLV +; OCD (tail)Tarah hasn't had the best luck so far... originally came to us as a kitten in October of 2017 when her owner could no longer take care of her, she was adopted but then came back to us in December of 2019 when her new family was expecting a new baby.  This spunky diva girl likes to march to the beat of her own drum. Tarah is a very confident self assured kitty who know exactly what she wants out of life. Don't be fooled by her cali-tude though, Tarah has a huge sweet side and if she decides she fancies you she will happily curl up on your lap for hours, purring the whole time. She would make a great kitty companion as long as you respect and understand that she's an independent lady who will happily seek you out when she wants your attention. Tarah isn't a huge fan of her fellow cat roommates but has lived happily with a few other cats in the past.  Tarah is a stunning FeLV+ kitty, our staff is happy to answer any questions you have about bringing an FeLV+ cat into your family. Finn 2 **AT HUNTERS KITTEN LOUNGE**M, 5 years Finn is a very chill, easy-going, laid back cat. While he goes his own way for much of the day, Finn loves to be affectionate, and he enjoys sitting in your lap just kneading away. He will rub against your legs constantly, as well as many other corners of the home. Finn enjoys many catnaps, preferably right next to you. His curiosity keeps him entertained as he discovers his surroundings, opens drawers and wonders what is behind doors—he takes a peek, and then moves on.  Finn enjoys finding a perch in the house from which he can survey what is going on. He likes to play for a little while, especially with wands and the laser, but as soon as he’s had enough, he is ready for a snooze. To keep his fur mat free, he will need brushing.  Finn would be fine with respectful kids and dogs who aren’t in his face. He tolerates other cats who respect him. Boxcar M, 2 years Boxcar is a sweet, well-rounded boy who gets along with everyone! He’s a chatty guy who loves toy wands, springs, and laser pointers, but is just as happy cuddling in bed or on your lap. A favorite pastime is birdwatching from his cat tree and making sure you know he’s around with his adorable trills. Boxcar has a gorgeous long coat that needs occasional brushing—he’s not a fan but tolerates it with breaks. He’s a big fan of wet food and treats! Connor M, 3 years Besides being handsome, Connor is a sweet and curious boy who loves to observe. He can be shy at first, but once he warms up to you he wants ALL of the love you can give! This sweet boy enjoys being held on your lap or carried around with his paws on your shoulder. If you’re lucky he’ll even tuck his head under your neck and serenade you with his rumbling purrs! Connor is also known to gently plop his head off the side of your lap or onto your shoulder. He would love a dedicated human pillow! Connor is not only affectionate, but a silly guy too who will keep you entertained with his playful spirit. He loves to play “soccer” by himself with a catnip toy and enjoys cardboard and sisal scratchers.  Connor would likely do well with cats and dogs with proper introductions.
