Charlie is an 8-year-old cat who has been a beloved part of our family since he was just 8 weeks old. He's incredibly special and has always been so affectionate. However, since we had our three children, we've had to keep him in a separate area of the house due to their allergies. Charlie is wonderful with our kids—so friendly and gentle—but we can't allow him in the main living spaces because of the allergies. It breaks our hearts because he's such a loving, cuddly cat who craves attention, yet he doesn't get the love and affection he deserves since he's kept apart. We need to find him a new home so we don’t have to take him to the humane society. He needs a place where he can roam freely and receive lots of love. He'll follow you around and happily take all the cuddles you can give. Charlie has never lived with other animals, so he’d thrive best in a home without other pets.

Mac is a bit on the shy side when you first meet him, but don't let that fool you! Once he feels comfortable and you start petting him, he'll quickly warm up and reveal his affectionate side. He loves to cuddle with his brother Razzmatazz, and they're always in sync, whether they're napping or playing. Mac enjoys playing with wand toys and will happily join Razz in any playful activity. Lady Whiskerstein and her brother Captain Fluffington are 2 of 9 adorable kittens that were sadly being given away for free at a gas station when they were only 5 weeks old. Unfortunately the other 7 were given away before we could assist them, but we are so happy to have been able to bring these 2 fluff balls into our rescue! They arrived with a kitty cold that had to be treated and their incredible foster make sure they were loved, fed, and healthy before they came back to The Lounge to find their forever home! Because of their young age, we highly encourage they be adopted together.
