Story
Chicken Nugget has come a long way since his arrival at the shelter! Chicken Nugget came to us as a stray cat, so we did not know his background. He was extremely fearful to the point that we couldn't pet him. We placed him into a foster home, where he has flourished! Chicken Nugget went from hiding 24/7 to snuggling on his foster's lap. He even became social with visitors! Chicken Nugget will need a patient adopter who is willing to let him adjust to his new home in his own time. Once he does adjust, though, he will happily enjoy pets and snuggles!

Story
Drew was brought into the care of PMHS-CV after his owner sadly passed away. While the shelter is a busy, sometimes stressful place for a cat to end up, Drew has been making strides. He's befriended many staff and volunteers, although he may hiss at first meeting. Patience and a slow approach have been proven to win this handsome guy over!

Story
Pattie - Female DOB 6/26/2023 Domestic Medium Hair - Brown Tabby Pattie is the kind of cat who makes you feel special. Once she trusts you, she'll roll onto her back and invite you for belly rubs—her way of saying, "You're my person." She's a sweet, playful girl who loves attention and will brighten up your home with her loving nature. Pattie has been through a lot in her short life, but she's ready to put that behind her and fall in love with her forever family! She's an FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) survivor, having undergone weeks of treatment and care. Thanks to advancements in veterinary medicine, FIP is no longer a death sentence, and Pattie is living proof of what perseverance can achieve. Now, she's happy, healthy, and ready to start fresh with a family who will cherish her. Her courage has earned her the nickname "Warrioress," and she truly lives up to it. Pattie is very playful, and would like to go home to another playful, calm kitty.  She'd love a calm home where she can feel safe.  She's not a fan of dogs or small kids, but she'll happily spend her days relaxing in a cat condo, watching the world go by through the window. Pattie is just 1.5 years old and ready to start her next chapter with a family who will appreciate her sweet and playful spirit. If you're looking for a loyal companion, Pattie is waiting to meet you! Story
Helen - Female DOB 3/30/2024 Domestic Medium Hair - Brown Tabby Helen is a stunning brown tabby with silky fur, a soft neck ruff, and an adorable bottle brush tail. At just six pounds, she's a petite girl with a sweet personality. While she may be a little shy initially, Helen quickly warms up and becomes a loving companion. She adores snuggling at night, often curling behind your knees or resting on you. During the day, she enjoys lap time, relaxing on her cat tree, and playing with other cats. Tunnels, springs, and pouncing games are her favorite activities! Helen gets along well with other cats, and while she hasn't been around dogs, she might adapt to a cat-friendly dog. She'd also do well with older children who can respect her gentle nature. These girls love to play and explore but their number 1 priority is definately sweet snuggles!
