This handsome guy is Jimmy! He is a ~3 year old male and is the absolute sweetest guy. Jimmy is a retired tomcat who is ready for a life of leisure – he is also FIV and needs to be an indoor dude for life. Jimmy loves scratches on his big cheeks, lounging with his human friends, and is a super chill cat. Jimmy is sweet and confident so we think he’d do great with cat-savvy kids. Due to his FIV diagnosis Jimmy cannot live with other feline friends (unless they are also FIV )! Jimmy is neutered and has been given treatment for fleas/worms. He is litterbox trained (no spraying issues) and respectful of carpet/furniture. We have loved fostering Jimmy! Zeke was rescued by Good Samaritans who were feeding him and noticed that he was having trouble eating. After going to the vet to have a few teeth removed, neutered and vaccinated they discovered that he is FIV+. Melly Cat Rescue (mellycatrescue.com) was kind enough to take Zeke into their rescue then transfer him to us. Zeke is very shy but extremely sweet once he is comfortable in his surroundings. He loves to sleep on your lap. He has had a tough start to his life but is ready to find a quiet home where he can sleep on your lap or just lay on the couch.
