Please meet beauty Buttercup, NOT a yellow/orange cat.  She is friendly and vocal.  Maybe she is saying that she wants to be in a home. Buttercup is such a beauty! She has long, silky fur and interesting markings. Look at her super fluffy white chest and four pure white legs, all against the rest of her solid black fur. Buttercup was delighted to welcome me into the room she shares with other cats. This plush girl could not have been happier to soak in lots of pets and friendly chit chat. She pranced around near me, enjoying my attention, sometimes hopping up onto her back feet to give me a nice head bump. Maybe super model Buttercup will prance her way into your heart and home! Rabbit-Friendly and Nap Buddy!!  Meet our absolutely gorgeous girl, Torie, an approximately 2-year-old dilute tortie who’s looking for a forever home where she can truly thrive.  She was dumped and starving - only 4.5 pounds! - when we found her, so she may be a bit shy for the first few days.  Once she warms up to you, she’ll be your perfect companion. This sweet and affectionate girl loves gentle pets and will melt into your touch, especially if it’s calm and tender.  She enjoys being near her person, and nothing makes her happier than curling up on top of you for a cozy nap.   Her soulful eyes will gaze into yours, and she’ll give you a slow blink—her way of saying she trusts you.  She has excellent litter box habits and only uses her scratching post, so she’s a good girl around the house.   This beauty would do best in a quieter environment and would be happiest with children over 12, as she’s very gentle.  Another cat who isn't too bossy would be a nice fit.  She stayed with foster rabbits and made friends easily.  In one photo, Torrie is using foster rabbit Ash as a pillow.  Check out their movie, too! Torrie thought Sh could could a a bit of cleaning.  If you’re looking for a loving, low-key companion who’ll always be by your side, this girl is the one for you!   A side note from Torrie's foster:  Total guess on her age. They thought she was a kitten when she came in because she was so small/starved, but she doesn't have kitten or 1st year energy. She's lighter than the pics show her. Lucy is a sweet female 8 year old cat. She enjoys being brushed, laying in the sun, being near people and her alone time. Lucy would be a great companion for an older person, but would also probably fit in with most homes. She is strictly an indoor cat who is litter box trained.
