I rescued Pickles from where I feed some Feral cats she showed up 2 weeks after I rescued her brother and sister (a grey and a torty being fostered by a friend and also ready for adoption) she is very loving and wants to be friends with my dogs but they're not sure she is almost 4 months old only asking fee to help pay for her spay/neuter 1st vaccines and rabies which have been done she is recovering will be healed up by next week Pickles comes with her own Condo on wheels w/upper deck for bird watching (aka: pet stroller) her bungalow (aka: crate) plus toys and etc necessities She's ready to move out of my bathroom and would love a friend to play with also a window for bird watching she would be great for taking walks with in her condo on wheels and possibly even harness trained lots of possibilities for this gal thx for reading hope to hear from you soon love Pickles

We "inherited" Sophie upon the unexpected death of a relative. Rashly we decided to help the family out and took Sophie home with us after the funeral. Within a week of living in our home, Sophie was secure enough to sit on our laps and enjoy being brushed. She is around six-years-old and is a sweet cat who will play and interact with people on her own terms. As we age, we no longer have the energy to give her the attention she deserves.

Tom is a 5 year old community cat turned pure lover boy. This resilient guy has lived a tough life, but now after being cared for he just longs for a forever home of his own. He’s a happy chirper when it’s time for his wet food and enjoys routine. Tom hasn’t shown much interest in toys but he loves a good scratch pad and a cozy bed! Tom needs an experienced owner willing to be patient, and one who lets him lead the way. He has shown he can get along with select cats, but an ideal environment would be a quiet home with no other pets or children. Tom has his guard up at first until he’s comfortable, but deep down he’s a sweet natured boy just looking for a safe place to settle into his adult years - one where he can take warm naps, get head scratches, and always have a full belly. Tom knows how to use the litter box, is up to date on all vaccines and neutered. He has miliary dermatitis that is slowly improving but would still require additional care from his permanent owner.

Bimini is a sweetheart. She is a roughly 1yr old chocolate tortie. Bimini came to us pregnant and shortly after had 7 healthy beautiful kittens. She loves affection and treats. We’d love for Bimini to find her forever home where she is loved. Bimini was dumped and not considered, she deserves to have a family that treats her like she is loved. She will adjust to other pets as long as it’s a calm introduction. She prefers to have a covered litterbox. Bimini is combo negative and ready for her person.

Have you ever seen such an unforgettable face on a tuxedo cat?  Our handsome one year old 12 pound boy is called General Meow.  A cat that started as a kitten born to a stray momma who raised them in the great outdoors with no care or shelter for his challenged mother. The Gods were this litter of 4 born to a shy and feral momma.  She raised General Meow and then brought him and his siblings up to a home in a neighborhood seeking food and water.  For quite some time they were all fed outside and the humans tried to make friends with the kittens and momma.  The kittens became easier to make friends with and although still scared, the kittens are a year old now and just merely shy with new people.  Not running away anymore.  General Meow is by far the friendliest of the littermates and has warmed up quite a bit in the first week of being inside a foster home. He loves tummy rubs and sitting in the window as well as playtime.  He loves to get scratches and roll around showing his belly which means total trust.  He is very loving and is still getting used to all the new things of being an inside cat. He is really getting more comfortable with the foster mom and faster than Chester.  His playtime with the foster mom has helped Chester to come out & play too.  These cats that started out with no chance for survival, have beat the odds and now we are going to make sure they have adoptive families that will be patient and allow them to unfold with love and trust.  General Meow is truly THERE with his love and trust and we just want it to be polished with your efforts to give him your loving attention.  If you are interested please email at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   He is well on his way now. November 3, 2024, 10:10 pm

Little Miss Sparkles is a short-haired tortoise shell (tortie) tabby girl who is about 16 weeks old and oh so playful.  She has all the fun kitten antics down pat.  She loves to play with the fishing dangly toy and is typical in her game of “knock things off the counters and watch them fall”.   Little Miss Sparkles is exuberant and zesty in personality, even though she started out as the smallest kitten in her litter.  For example, when we were trying to get her to pose on a drape covered stool for her picture, she would leap up there and knock the drape down instead of just stepping up there.  She can be timid around loud noises or strangers at first, but if you break out the wet food, she comes running!  Sparkles was rescued from the street under a construction dumpster (which was about to be moved) along with her 5 siblings (at about 5 weeks old) and solid black mother cat (about a year old).  With much love and patience, it has been satisfying to teach the kittens to enjoy being petted since they were so feral at first.  The mama cat, Pinochle, and 4 remaining kittens, Sparkles, Checkers, Sneakers and Argyle, are feeling better and are ready to find their new furever home. Paisley and Courage are already thriving in their new homes. Reginald (Reggie): People say he is the most dog-like cat they have ever met. He is cuddly and loves people. As soon as he lays in your lap you will hear the loudest, most content purr. He LOVES food - cat or human food. It is with a heavy heart that we need to re-home our two cats. We have had them with us for over five years now (since they were 6 weeks old!). However, we have come to realize that they are no longer thriving with a curious toddler around, and we foresee more challenges once we bring a new baby home in a month. We do not want to drop them off at a shelter, but are looking for them to be in a home (or two separate homes) that is slower paced without small children. They are very sweet with children, but can become easily overstimulated. They are not aggressive, do not scratch and have always been indoor cats. Reach out if you would be good cat parents!
