Domestic Mediumhair kittens & cats in Barre, Vermont

Mocha was found as a stray with her kittens and was brought into our care when her finder was unable to keep them. Since coming in, she has been timid and hasn't come out of her shell quite yet. Mocha doesn't have any prior experience with dogs or children that we are aware of. Currently she is in a colony room with other felines and has been okay with them.

Poss came to CVHS after her family lost their housing due to the flooding in July. They are planning on moving, and are unable to take her with them. In the past she has lived with other felines and tolerated them. Since she is new to us, we are still getting to know her personality traits.

Since she is new to us, we are still getting to know her personality traits.This elder girl needs some problem teeth extracted, and that is scheduled for Aug 21.

Sassafras came to CVHS after his family lost their housing due to the flooding in July. They are planning on moving, and are unable to take him with them. Sassafras's owners said he had met a dog and tolerated it. He has lived with other felines and has been good with them. Sassafras has been good with everyone he's met so far. Since he is new to us, we are still getting to know his personality traits, but so far we've seen a friendly, outgoing, confident cat, who enjoys attention.

Nigel is a 13 year old male cat. He has had 1 previous owner prior to me who died when we was about 10 years old. When I found him he was living at the local vets office. Nigel loves to play with toy balls and roll in cat nip. He goes crazy for raw spaghetti and Qtips. He is not so keen on being the center of attention but loves to be where the people are. Nigel would prefer a quiet environment with no children or other pets.
