Story
I`m a talkative young girl who really wants to spend time with you and talk about your day. I`m also very active so I will need an active family. One who is willing to play with me. So dont be shy, pick up a wand toy and let me show you how much fun I can have! The reason why I was brought to the shelter by my previous owner was because they were having a baby. They said I lived with other cats and dogs, but they wouldn`t recommend I lived with dogs because I`m scared of them.

Story
I`m a loveable girl ready to find my place in the world. I can be a little timid at first, but the staff believe with some time I can be the affectionate girl you`re looking for.Unfortunately my previous owner had to bring me to the shelter because their son developed severe allergies. I came into the shelter with Tinky Winky. Although we came into the shelter together it`s not necessary for us to be adopted together.

I`m a sweet girl who can be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly. The staff believe with another friend in the house I will be your new best friend in no time.My previous owner abandoned me and my friends, Lala and Po. Now we are looking for our forever home. Even though we came into the shelter together it`s not necessary that we are adopted together.

Story
When I came into the shelter I was a little scared, but every day I`m getting more comfortable being here at the shelter. I love gentle pets, but like most cats I can get overstimulated. I can be a rambunctious boy who loves to play with my toys. You can usually find me playing in one of the cat tunnels. My previous owner`s mother became ill so they could no longer afford to take care of me and my friend, Moo Cow. Although we came into the shelter together it`s not necessary that we are adopted together.

Story
Dutchess is a calm mellow girl who likes to take a little time to warm up to her new friends. Once she feels comfortable she is a very loving girl. She lived with another cat but the staff doesnt know how she would be with the cat in your home. A slow introduction would be best.

Story
I came into the shelter as a stray so the staff doesnt know much about me. I seem to be an independent boy who likes gentle pets. The staff doesnt know if I would get along with other cats so I will need a slow introduction with any cats in your home. When I got here I had several wounds on my face so I could have gotten into a fight with another cat. If you would like to hold me, ask a staff memeber to get me out of my kennel.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cinnamon was in rescue as a baby and adopted out as a kitten. When her owner passed away, Cinnamon was found hiding in a cabinet in the kitchen, quite scared and shy. We took her back into rescue, and she's been living in a foster home for a while now. Cinnamon is still very shy when it comes to direct handling, but it is okay otherwise. She will need an extra long time to warm up to a new situation, but she is making slow but steady progress. So if you are willing to give this lady another chance at a forever home that she deserves, please apply for her at animalrescuefriends.org. She is spayed, up to date with vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $75.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 30, 2024, 11:12 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adoption Mesa Arizona mild CH 5 years old neutered male. Jitters, aka Jitterbug, needs an adoption with someone who has time/space to care for him. He has had urinary crystal in the past due to struggling to drink enough because of his jitters(from CH). He just needs to stay on wet food/raw food or urinary tract food. He needs someone to help increase his fluid intake so he doesn't develop crystals. Jitters is VERY friendly and deserves so much attention. He can get over baby gates and gets around well. He climbs on furniture and loves to play, etc. He BOLTS out of every room he is in and would BOLT out front door. He is completely fearless and the sweetest boy ever, so he needs someone who will be diligent when opening doors. He is such a good boy and deserves a forever home! He can be a bit dominant with other cats, so a submissive cat might be a good fit or a younger cat. He is fine with dogs and kids. The kids would have to be old enough to know to set him all the way down to the ground carefully. He did have broken canine teeth removed. If interested in Jitters, please contact animalrescuefriends.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Little Bit is one of the sweetest cats ever! She deserves a family of her own to give her lots of attention. Little Bit LOVES other cats and is fine around kids and dogs. She tends to get sniffily from time to time, but then it clears up. We call her a chronic sniffler. No medical treatment has helped her. So just assume she may always be a snneezer. It could potentially be allergies cause allergy meds tend to help. If you have it in your heart to give this sweet girl a home, you will not be disappointed. She is one of the friendliest cats I have ever had in rescue. Story
Miss Luna was rescued from a feral colony and taken into foster care. She had Entropion Eye surgery- this involves removing a small amount of skin and fur from the eyelid to correct an inward rolling of the eyelid. Luna is healing well and this doesn't stop her from being a fun kitty looking for a forever home.  Luna is very sweet, loves to be petted and is always purring. She would do best in a home with no young kids as she is healing from eye surgery and we wouldn't want her to get injured.  Luna is in a foster home with other cats and dogs. Her adoption fee is $165 to help cover some of her vetting fees for her surgery, spay, vaccines, dewormer, and microchip.  Please fill out an application on our website. A meet/greet and home check is required. February 26, 2025, 11:26 am

Story
Hello, I'm Achilles My favorite thing to do is Play hide -n-go seek... Im always the hider. I love to play and chase toys! What makes me special is I was brought into the rescue when I was only 6 weeks old after having a tragic accident that caused me to break two of my legs and mangle my tail. After many weeks in casts, a tail and a leg amputation, I recovered with only a nubby tail and a hop to show for it. I have always been a little scared of people but a really am sweet inside. I want my new owner to know I need a home with a LOT of patience. I am not the kind of kitty you bring home and start playing with. I may need weeks to feel safe and comfortable. I scare pretty easy so I will need a quiet home with no dogs or young children. Older teens would be ok. I would do best in a home where I'm the only animal. Don't let this scare you off of me! Once I'm sure everything is OK, I am the biggest love bug! I will want to be pet, snuggled, scratched and belly rubbed! My foster mom put her bed on the floor so I wouldn't hide under there while I was adjusting and it is just low enough that I can climb up. I love to watch TV with my people at night while they give me love. Then I get down and play with all my toys. When I am feeling playful I like to… I love stuffed mice, anything I can hit and then chase after, krinkle balls and string. I love to chase bottle caps too. When it is time to rest I sleep I sleep on the bed or in my hiding spot. I am not only a 3 legged cat, I'm also a chubby 3 legged cat. I never really got the hang of climbing after my accident. I can do stairs and low shelves but tall cat trees are not recommended. When I get spooked, I dart and if I'm up high...I just face-plant. Grace isn't in my vocabulary. I am good with Kids, Cats and I am not good with or unsure around Dogs By nature I am… Energetic, Playful, Very Shy, Loud, Affectionate.November 5, 2024, 10:00 pm
