Story
Burger was adopted from the Woods Humane Society in SLO in January of 2024. I adopted him because of how overwhelmingly friendly he was- he was willing to be picked up and held, rubbed up on my legs, and was very playful with everyone. However, I think I am too inexperienced to deal with his behavioral issues - he is unpredictable and will bite / pounce randomly (in a playful manner, doesn’t draw blood) and scratch up furniture, walk on all the furniture and bump things over. He’s always making me feel on edge, and I just can’t take it anymore. My breaking point was when he jumped on my head and drew blood with his teeth as well as scratching up my mouth. He’s also ravenous and meows loudly for food. I think he is a lovable cat and deserves a home that will train him right. I have tried training him and just can’t make it work. I’m too scared of him after his last attack, and I also moved to a small studio which isn’t suitable for a cat; I’d really like for him to find a loving home.

Story
One-year-old Squirrel and Boingo are petite, beautifully-bonded brothers who will bring laughs, love, and warmth to your home this season.  Squirrel is an adorably-chatty guy who loves to chirp and trill to his human. He enjoys pets, scratches, and loves to nuzzle. Boingo is slightly larger, more playful, and seems to love hanging out with men (though is a fabulous companion for women too).  They are not the biggest fans of being picked up off the ground, but they love to cuddle, be pet, and purrrrrrrrr to you. Omgosh, they even respond to "UP" and will get up on their hind legs for treats.  While they much enjoy the company of humans, the most amazing feature of this pair is how connected the two of them are with each other; they snooze together in a cuddle puddle, play together, groom each other, and are just the best friends you’ll ever see (and there is room for YOU in the mix).  These sweeties may be shy starting out and require patience during the transition period to their new home, and then they will bring you so much JOY. They also do well with the other cats and dogs.  Fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and their adoption will include their favorite toys, beds, etc.  For adoption info, call Kristin (805) 550-9064 www.felinenetwork.org *These cats are in the care of a private household; Feline Network is assisting with finding their forever family. January 5, 2025, 12:14 am

Story
Sugar is a stunning Mackerel Tabby with a striking “Tiger” coat. She may be small, but she has a big personality.  She’s a playful girl who loves chasing wand toys and batting around balls, always ready for a fun game.    Sugar enjoys perching on the cat tree, gazing out the window.  Though she’s a little shy at first, once she feels comfortable, she’ll be the first to greet you when you come home. She’s a quiet and undemanding kitty who appreciates gentle back scratches and even accepts being brushed.    Sugar may prefer to be an only cat, She is about 1 1/2 years old    Fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and her adoption includes a voucher for a free vet exam    For adoption info call Laurie: 805-440-6096 www.felinenetwork.org   March 9, 2025, 8:24 pm

Story
Born in May 2024, Talia is a gorgeous and sweet tortie girl. She will be shy until she settles in and then will make a wonderful and doting companion in a quiet household. Talia has a beautiful trill of a meow when she calls to you; she loves to be in your vicinity and arches lovingly into your pets.  She will do well with or without other cats/dogs and would prefer a kid-free home. We could see Talia being the perfect fit to a work-from-home human who would love a solo kitty girl. She will become very attached to her trusted humans and she will show you the sweetest kitty that she can be. (We adore her; she is a 'total tortie' and such a lovebug once she knows you.) Talia is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and her adoption includes a certificate for a free vet exam. For adoption info, call Kristin (805) 550-9064 www.FelineNetwork.org March 12, 2025, 3:30 pm
