Domestic Shorthair kittens & cats in Speedway, Indiana

Cassie is a shy, quiet little lady. She will meow repeatedly if she needs cuddling and purr when you pick her up. At about 10 months she only weighs 6.5 lbs. but her mom is also tiny. Cassie was taken in, along with 13 other cats, but a Good Samaritan who has now found herself overwhelmed. Cassie is vaccinated, FIV positive, microchipped, and spayed.

We were called in early November to assist in the removal of two cats from an apartment after their owner sadly passed away. They have been decompressing and living in foster since then, and we feel they are now ready for adoption. They are a brother and sister bonded pair, approximately 6 - 7 years old, and we have been in continual contact with their deceased owner's family to get as much information as possible to help them with their transition. Sprout is an orange boy who loves to play. He is quick to investigate almost every toy and loves to engage in playtime. He was living in a colony of cats in one of the homeless camps in Indianapolis and was surrendered to SOAR. He is social with other cats, and has become more social (for him) with humans, but takes time.

Hilda was in a large set of kittens Soar took from a shelter around the Ft. Meyers area in Florida that was affected by hurricane Ian. What was supposed to be 8-9 kittens, turned into 35! She is very playful and active. She always has a crinkle toy in her mouth, if she's not chasing it! She can be shy with people, likes her personal space and will not be a lap cat.

He is very laid back and doesn't always want to play - but it's only because he likes to watch the world around him! I like to say he has an old soul, because he's always been relaxed and never went through the "kitten" phase, lol.
