We're looking for a miracle for three cats, Freddie, Frannie, and Frank. They have not had an easy life. They were abandoned with one of our rescue partners. We don't know their backstory. We don't know if they were once loved and cherished family pets, or were neglected and then abandoned. What we do know is that they deserve to be loved, and to have a safe, forever home where they will not be left behind again. What makes this case especially difficult, is that these three are intensely bonded to one another. We do not want to split them up. We think they'd be broken-hearted if we separated them from one another, and these three have already had enough heartbreak. They are often found all cuddled up together for support. That means we are searching for a patient home that's willing to work with three shy, reserved cats and show them what love is. They are all beautiful and healthy, love treats and do allow some petting. They have come a long way since we first received them. We know this is a tall order, but we're hopeful that there is someone out there with a big heart and room in their home for these sweethearts, who with time and patience, will learn to trust and become valued members of a family, maybe for the first time in their lives. Verona was brought to ARF mid-April 2024. She was surrendered for adoption due to her owner's health issues that prevented continued care of Verona. She was then adopted briefly, but she and the resident cat were not getting along. We know that being brought to a shelter must be confusing to her and so we would like to see her in the arms and under the care of a loving adopter as soon as possible. Verona is looking for a home where she can be the only cat. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who will be a great companion and lap cat for her someone special. Albelo was trapped with some colony cats, but this boy was too sweet to be turned back out! This friendly guy is the full package! Loves to be loved, pet and brushed, and also has a playful side. Albelo is FIV+. But, do not let that worry you! FIV cannot be transmitted to people or to dogs. It is transmitted through deep bite wounds from another cat and it is typically transmitted between cats living outdoors, that are competing for limited resources. FIV+ cats can live long and healthy lives. Our adoption consultants can discuss his diagnosis further with any potential adopters. Tiger is a very friendly, vocal and loving cat....I always joked that he has no loyalty lol...we also have a dog that is very playful and Tiger just seems to lay there and let him does what he does and plays..He is not a skittish cat at all. Will go outdoors if you let him but is not a hunter..(never brought home trophies)...He is approximately 4 years old..has not had any health issues and is perfectly happy with dry xxxx@xxxx.x will definitely let you know when is time to eat or needs water.. My wife brought him home from a friends litter and have had since was a kitten.. He loves to go up against your feet while you are trying to put your socks on..lol..
