Story
(Bonded twins!!) Meet Onion and Pepper!! They are three years old (July 18th 2021). They are unusually super sweet cats, they are almost TOO friendly! They are nice to everyone including other cats, dogs and little kids! They never hiss or scratch anyone and they love treats and pets and lots of attention. They are also dead so a lot of the noises that scare cats do not scare them like vacuums for example. I’m looking for a person or family that can adopt both of them together since they’re bonded and can care for them in ways that i no longer can. They are very independent but they do miss you when you’re not there and they are also very vocal! Even though they can’t hear they see your mouth move and respond back!! They sleep a lot but they also LOVE playing especially hunting games and lasers. I really don’t have the time or resources to give them so they desperately need to be rehomed! thank you!

Story
Gandalf is a very sweet and loving 5 year old male. The scars on his head tell the tale of a very hard life. He is FIV positive as a result of his previous life. FIV is typically transmitted by deep bite wounds that are usually sustained during cat fights. FIV is not easily transmitted by casual, non-aggressive contact such as sharing water bowls or coexistence. Because of his weakened immune system, Gandalf MUST be a STRICTLY indoor cat. More information can be found at https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-immunodeficiency-virus-fiv#:~:text=The%20primary%20mode%20of%20transmission,route%20of%20spreading%20the%20virus.. Gandalf has done well with a female kitty roommate but has not been around dogs. His typical demeanor is calm, chill, and just wanting to be loved on. He would probably be ok with children. All cats have vaccinations and are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. The adoption fee is $185. Email secondchanceresq@gmail.com for more information on our adoption process.

Story
Eleri is a very sweet girl. She was an orphan raised by a substitute mama. She may be shy for the first few days so will need a bit of patience. Once she’s out of her shell, Eleri is very playful and loves to wrestle with her siblings and foster friends. She has been exposed to dogs but prefers a home without them. She would probably eventually be ok with another family pet, especially another cat. Eleri is inside only and cannot be declawed according to our adoption contract. All cats have vaccinations and are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. The adoption fee is $185. Email secondchanceresq@gmail.com for more information on our adoption process.

Story
Blossom is a very sweet girl. She loves to play with her foster siblings and then lie in her human’s lap. She has not been around children, but should be okay with them. Small children should never be left alone with any family pet. Blossom tolerates my personal dogs, but does not really like them. Blossom is ready for her own forever home. Blossom is inside only and cannot be declawed according to our adoption contract.

Story
Bowie is a beautiful orange/white kitten. He is very sweet and loves to be loved on. He loves to romp and play with his foster siblings, but sometimes gets a little rough with the smaller ones. Bowie wants to be in the middle of anything and everything! Bowie should be fine with most children, although small children should never be left alone with a family pet. He is not crazy about my two personal dogs, but does tolerate them. Bowie is inside only and cannot be declawed according to our adoption contract.
