You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application Saint is an awesome dog! We call him Teddy because he’s such a goofy and loveable dog so all you want to do is hug him like you would a teddy bear! The longer we have him, his mischievous side comes out! Teddy makes us laugh all the time. He loves to cuddle. Teddy is playful with other dogs as well as humans. He wants to interact with his humans. Teddy is very active and needs at least one walk a day. He prefers a walk in the morning and one in the evening so he can check on everything. Teddy is food motivated. He loves his meals and treats. Sometimes, he won’t listen to you until you give him the treat that he thinks he is owed! Teddy thrives with having a routine. He gets nervous and withdrawn when he doesn’t understand what’s happening. Teddy is crate trained, but we allow him to roam free in the house when we are not there. He has never been destructive. Teddy enjoys chew toys and rope toys. He is house trained. He does well with children. He does well with other dogs. He is fine with cats. He is protective over us. Teddy is an easy dog so he would be great for someone looking for their first dog. He would also do well in a home with another dog. Story
We got her from the polk county animal shelter in 2021. They told us at that time she was about 2 years old. So she should be about 5 years old now. She is about 30 pounds very energetic and loving. We had her house trained. She is a very quick learner and food motivated. She was house trained but after out move she has mainly been outside so she will need some refreshers. She used to ring a bell to go potty. She plays well with our other dog who is smaller than her. We have notice that she is more alerted by female dogs but she has never been aggressive towards other dogs or people. She is good around kids that we have witnessed but would be cautious around Littles because energy. around other dogs and people. She gets super excited and wants to run and play. She does chew. Overall she is an awesome dog quick learner loving and energetic. Having a yard will benefit her the most. Shots are up to date but coming up again soon. Any questions please ask. No cost to a good home!

Donut is such a sweet, calm boy despite being only about a year old and we believe a Dutch shepherd mix. He is house trained and seems to be good with all people and animals so far. He’s heartworm negative and seems to be a perfect gentleman, but he’s a bit wary of strangers so go slow with him! He’s good with other dogs and reportedly good with children as well. He loves giving gentle kisses and cuddles on the couch. He’s good in the car and not overly boisterous but does like to jump up for hugs. He is UTD on vaccinates and prevention, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested negative. His neuter is scheduled for April 22nd and is included in his adoption fee.
