Story
Hi, my name is Tetris! I came from the south and I’m so happy to be here! I am a super happy boy, but I am nervous in new situations and men seem to make me a little more nervous than women. If you’re patient with me, I will warm up to anyone. I love to play with other dogs and run around. I have a lot of energy and I’m pretty excited About life all the time. I use my crate during the day, but I like to snuggle with humans at night. My foster mom thinks I would do great with an active family who likes to include their dog in activities. Can’t wait to meet you!--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $400To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Ripley - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! HELLO all you people out there. Let me introduce myself, I'm Ripley, a sweet and handsome fella. And believe it or not I'm out here looking for a family that I can say is ALL MINE! I'm around 8 months and come in at about 30lbs. I'm almost all the way growed up and shouldn't get a whole lot bigger. That puts me at the pawsomely perfect size for tagging along on your daily going on's and also for any of those action adventures you want to tackle. And BTW, if any of those include water, you can bet I'm all in!! I'm an active pup that does fabulously with people and other pups. I'd make a great 'sibling' for either or I wouldn't mind getting all your attention as your one and only. My house training is going superbly as I'm one smart cookie and pick up new things quickly! If you're looking for a family addition that will be a BFF that will always have your back, a sidekick to accompany you in your everyday life throws you and a cohort for those adventures, I AM that boy!!! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Fallon is a wise, old soul. He is a Lab/Shepherd X with an approx DOB of 1/20/2022. He’s taking in new experiences as if he’s done all this before! Nothing is too urgent, except for meal time! He loves play time with other dogs and older children. He hasn't had a lot of exposure to children under the age of 10 so slow, controlled intros are advised. He has a nose to hunt and playfully enjoys chasing the chipmunks out of their hiding spots around the yard. He's quite an outdoor explorer, never quite ready to come inside. That being said, he quickly learned the underground fence boundaries and is no longer pushing the limits. He is crate trained, but as he gets older he's more and more comfortable outside of his crate and sometimes needs treat motivation to go in on his own. He loves hugs and snuggles and is always open to curling up in an available lap. Fallon is a medical needs dog. He has urinary incontinence, which requires him to wear belly bands at all times. He is on a strong dose of Proin 2x per day and a monthly testosterone injection, which helps some but he will always be a leaky boy. Changing his pads in his belly band a couple times per day is going to be very important to maintaining his hygiene to avoid urine scalding (burning of the skin due to prolonged exposure to urine). Commands he has learned include “sit”, “down”, “inside”, “outside” and “kennel”. He is making progress with stay, wait, stop and come. He has been with Wags & Whiskers since he was about 10 weeks old but as you can imagine it has taken the rescue a while to figure out what was "wrong" with him. He is now finally ready to find his forever family and we are hoping that his anotomical issues won't deter him from finding a home. He really is a sweet boy that will need a special adopter that is home often and willing to work with his leaky faucet Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Elsie and I am a Lab X  with a DOB of 10/22/22 (approx. 50lbs). I am a native to Minnesota where I was found roaming the streets in St Paul. Animal Control was kind enough to give me a lift as I thought it was to my home, but it was to the nearest doggie jail where no one claimed me.   I would like to mention a few characteristics I have that make me stand out from the doggie crowd. -  I hop like a bunny around the yard. -  I patrol the yard for squirrels, rabbits & cats. No one gets past this girl’s watchful eye. -  I am non-reactive with other dogs – I just want to play with them. -  I have a 4’ 5” vertical jump.  6’ fence is recommended -  I Pounce on tennis balls while I play with them. I like to ride a shotgun when it comes to car rides. They make a doggie seat belt as I have been told and I guess that should be used for any car rides in the future. I am learning not to dash out the door when it’s open.  I’m just very excited to follow my foster mom wherever she goes. I love toys, but I don’t share them with other animals. You just need to take all my toys, hide them and I can play with other dogs in harmony.  I have been known to escape my kennel. Because of this I now have my own “No Break Kennel”. This now keeps me out of trouble when I’m home alone. I am not a fan of the kennel, but I settle down quickly.   I tend to pull on the leash, so my foster mom bought me a hot pink gentle leader (I'm the prettiest girl on the block now) and is teaching me basic commands such as heal and stay for starters.  I have to say, so far so good as I do enjoy my walks in the neighborhood.  I am still working on potty training.   What kind of home would do best for me: -  Active home that can release my spirited energy and have dog stimulation toys. -  I am food motivated and this works great for training. -  Be patient as I am still young and learning. -  Love me with all your heart as I will do the same.      Are you my forever home?      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Tootsie, the goldendoodle with a tale as fluffy as her coat! This little lady had a rocky start, but with a little time and trust, she's blossomed into a loving companion. Well, as long as you're not a kid – they seem to give her the jitters! Tootsie's not one for the limelight; she's more of a backstage kind of pup. Her real passion lies in the company of her furry friends. Yep, Tootsie's all about the pups, not so much the humans. Tootsie's perfect match? A home that's as secure as Fort Knox, complete with a fenced yard over 4 feet tall – no leashes for this lady, thank you very much! She's got a thing about neck pressure; it's just not her style. What else does Tootsie need? A four-legged mentor to show her the ropes, a quiet environment to call her own, and a family who gets her – boundaries and all. If you're thinking of bringing Tootsie home, you'll need more than just love; you'll need a deep understanding of her unique needs. Tootsie's not your average pup, but for the right family, she's the missing piece to the puzzle.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal?
