We are sweet and happy pups, playful and great with everyone we meet. We want a home with some kids, lots of fun and water (we like to play in the pool :) We will have lots of kisses for you when you adopt one of us, each of us is gorgeous and each have our own personalities! Hi! I'm Napoleon. I'm about 23 months old. I'm such a handsome and good boy! Street Savvy Dog Rescue is helping to facilitate my rehoming and I can be fostered to adopted or fostered. My mom says I look like a lab wearing a tux (I'm very fancy!). I am about 60 lbs, but that doesn't stop me from sitting on laps. I am a medium to low energy guy; happy to walk on my leash (very nicely!), play at the park with my dog buddies and snuggle at home with my people. My parents want the best for me, so they hired a trainer to teach me to come when called, walk on a leash, and leave it when I am sniffing something particularly wonderful. I passed with A+ marks! I sleep in my crate at night and am happy to chill there during the day though my family recently started leaving me to roam the house while they are at work because I'm past those puppy days of chewing up shoes and dolls! I do love a good bone and a squeaky toy! Both my doggy and human friends love me very much! I don't jump up or bark much at all. I am protective of my house, so I'd prefer a household with fewer visitors. I sometimes get nervous and can be protective toward visitors at my house (though I love meeting new people at the park!). I like kids and do well with them. We recommend a home with kids 8 on up. I'm lazy enough that I'd do fine in an apartment as long as you can walk me a couple times each day. I'd be happy as either a solo pup or in a house with other dogs. I like every dog that I've ever met but I will do best with dogs who are passive but yet like to be playful. This smile can light up a room. My heart is as soft and shiny as this stunning coat of fur I wear upon my back. I’ll share my love with other dogs, but no cats, please. I will even enjoy the company of respectful older children 10+ who understand how to be very patient and understanding. Truth is, I’ll take all the love and affection I can get, but I want to feel safe! I’m still a pup and although I have had lots of training, like crate training and housetraining basic commands I want to find a family who will give me the time, guidance and structure I need to blossom into the best boy I can be. So, there you have it, all the answers you could need. It’s Toby of course! My adoption fee is $240 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Story
Hello! My name is Rimo, or at least that is what they are calling me. They say I am mellow yet fun loving, love to play with other dogs but also like my alone time. The vet says I am about one year old. I have been living with my foster parents (I found them in Guerrero Negro in Baja Mexico!) in their van and we go on beach walks and walks in the desert. I like running free, but I do not mind being on a leash. I sit for them to put on the leash, I try not to pull but I still have a bit to learn still. I stay really close to them when I am free and even when I wander off a bit, I know exactly where they are at all times and never go far. I am working on my immediate recall. I like being in the van and I do not mind when we go for long drives or move camp. I do like sitting somewhere in the car where I can see out the window and always end up falling asleep. I love spending my days outside moving from the sun to the shade and back to the sun. There are a lot of different dogs that come by to say hi and I let them come into the van and even steal my bones. Sometimes my foster parents give them treats. I am fine with that too as long as I get one. We are in a house now. I think this is the first time I have been in a house. Hmmmm, I kind of like it! Now I have 5 comfortable chairs and couches to choose from to sleep and rest on. This house has a very old dog and a cat in it. I find them interesting but I know not to play with them and respect their space. Did I tell you I am totally potty trained? I surprised my foster parents the other day and barked while playing with another dog on the beach. That is really the only time I bark, when I get really excited having fun with other dogs. I think I would do well in a home with or without other dogs. Maybe an older dog will teach me what I need to know. I would love to go to dog parks or have play time with other dogs. I would do really well with a fenced in yard or in a place without too much traffic so I could run loose. As I said, I will need some training but, I will give a lot of love and I am very handsome, or so I'm told.
