Friend to all, kind and caring, that’s Twyla! Meet Twyla, the absolutely adorable black and white French Bulldog who is so ready to meet you and be your new best friend. This darling girl is 2 years old and fully grown at 28 pounds. She was rescued from from an irresponsible breeder in Charleston, South Carolina, and is just so happy to experience everything wonderful in life.
Twyla is a bit shy at first, but she is so friendly and relaxed once she feels comfortable with her friends and humans. She is a more laid-back girl who loves a good nap any chance she gets. Movie nights, catching up on your shows, diving into the newest book trending on TikTok, or just curling up for an afternoon nap will have Twyla by your side, ready to snooze and relax with you.
Twyla gets along great with other dogs, cats, and kids, and she would be the perfect addition to any family dynamic. She walks well on a leash and when she isn’t busy on her 18th nap of the day, she will happily take a stroll with you around the neighborhood and maybe even down to the local café to see some of her regular friends. Twyla is truly a sweetheart and dreams of a big, loving family to call her own. She hopes that can be with you!
Twyla is spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
