Meet Kimberly! This adorable 6.5-year-old, 15lb French Bulldog is ready to charm her way into your heart. Rescued from a heartbreaking puppy mill situation in Busan, she was found wondering and in desperate need of help. Thanks to our team, she spent time in our Rescue Center in Bundang, and is now in NYC with her foster family. Since being in NYC, Kimberly is discovering the joys of a loving home. She’s a master burrower, finding ultimate comfort under blankets, and absolutely melts for belly rubs. Her goofy smile is guaranteed to brighten your day!Kimberly is settling in beautifully, showing confidence indoors and out. Loud noises don’t faze her, though she’s got a playful pull towards stairs, eager to explore new heights! She’s incredibly cuddly, craving affection and happily napping on her bed or in her crate. Bully sticks are a favorite, and she even had a burst of adorable zoomies after her walk! She’s curious about her foster siblings, but respectful of their space, and is starting to discover the joy of toys and fetch! On walks, she’s showing a growing interest in other dogs, pulling a little to say hello.Come meet Kimberly this weekend and see her sweet personality shine! She’s waiting to find her forever family.
Adopting a puppy mill survivor like Kimberly has unique rewards and responsibilities. She has shown incredible resilience and a bright spirit, but dogs from these backgrounds often require patience and time to decompress and adjust to a loving home. She is working on potty training and will need time and training to help her accomplish this. While Kimberly is currently healthy and has received excellent veterinary care, potential adopters should be aware of the genetic predispositions common in dogs from such environments, including luxating patellas, heart conditions, dental issues, etc., that could arise later in life, and prepare both financially and mentally to help Kimberly live a happy life every day.

The first 30 minutes of each event are reserved for pre-approved adopters. We encourage you to submit an application in advance for priority access.
