Hello there, my name is Biggie and I am about 10 years old. I am an adorable senior boy who loves in a big way! I am a certified snuggler! I’m a very good boy, I like kids and other dogs – although I need to eat by myself. One important thing to know about me is that I have a spine condition called IVDD, which means that I need a low activity level and need to make sure I don’t go up and down stairs or jump up or down off of furniture, but nice slow walks on the leash are good for me! I walk okay for now, but I need adopters who will keep me safe so I can continue walking well! This also means I have an accident every now and then, since I don’t move very fast, and I would do best in a home without small children. I don’t like to be alone very much, so I will also need an adopter who works from home or is retired so they can spend lots of time with me! If you are looking for a real snuggler, though, I am definitely your guy!! My adoption fee is $325. NO STAIRS, NO JUMPING. She was rescued from a local shelter after being picked up as a stray with some nasty injuries. She has made an amazing recovery. She is a super sweet, active gal. Her adoption fee is $400. Bruno was rescued following a Dallas ice storm, having been locked up alone in a kennel, with no food or water for nearly a full week while his previous owner checked into a hotel. He was emaciated and skittish around people at first but soon warmed up and filled out. My parents adopted him from friends involved in the rescue. About a year later, my father passed and my partner and I took him in. While I enjoy having Bruno around, we have found that he and my partner are not compatible in the long term. Bruno is young (4-5 years) and spirited. He enjoys going out for walks and car rides whenever possible. He seems very social, but he(we) are still learning/working on how to contain some of his energy around other pups. He's lived with dogs before, but not for several months now after our elder dog passed. Bruno would thrive in an active home, maybe one with a yard for running and playing and could probably make a good jogging mate.

Bacon was picked up as a stray and his family never came for him. He is a gorgeous dilute brindle. Bacon loves affection, going for walks when it's not hot and lounging around the house chewing in an antler. He is crate trained and gets along with dogs of all sizes. French bulldogs are prone to many medical issues, IVDD is a serious issue for this breed and pet insurance is a requirement for adoption. Bacon is 2 years old and his adoption fee is $800. He is available for adoption out of state but his adopter is required to come to Texas to get him. He will not be placed on ground transport.
