Yvette is in foster care in Huntington Beach SO Cal area. Yvette is such a nice compact little shepherd girl who is almost 3yrs old and weighs 60 pounds. She has been waiting awhile for a family and her friend we rescued with her has been adopted leaving Yvette alone and waiting. She is gentle and playful with other dogs the same size as her in her playgroup. She likes toys, scampering and bowing around the play yard and is great in the car and on leash. She still has puppy energy and may play a little to hard to be with really small dogs and she doesn't care for kitties. For a family this dog has an amazing personality and does her best to mind and please. Yvette could play ball from sunrise till bedtime and never tires of her favorite toy. She like water and on hot days can be seen splashing contentedly in her kiddie pool. The beach lake or river would be her idea of Heaven. We adopted Rambo when he was 1 yrs old from Mary S. Roberts in Riverside, Ca. He was a very mellow and calm dog when we first met him, but he quickly became his true energetic self the moment he got into our car. He was very sweet and friendly with all of our kiddos as soon as he first came into contact with them. Rambo is now 5 yrs old, and his Birthday is July 21st. We are looking for a friendly and loving home for him with someone who can give him lots of love and time. We preferably would like someone with a big yard for him to run around in , but if not possible we would at least want a home where he will be played with and taken out for walks often. Unfortunately we just do not have the time for him anymore since we just had a baby. Rambo is very friendly, loving, playful, energetic, and sweet. He is also potty trained.

Rex is such a love!!! Rex was born on February 17, 2022. He is a big boy at about 100 pounds and he is very tall. He is a shepherd with some cattle dog mixed in. He loves the outdoors, so he would be amazing for a family with some property or a large yard, but he also adores being with his people, so he is happy to chill inside as well. He still has a few puppy traits (occasionally finds something to chew on, that he shouldn't), but for the most part, he is just a great dog with a good amount of energy, but not too crazy! He loves toys and he loves puppies! He does seem to get along with most dogs with a proper intro. Sometimes he gets a little over excited meeting new dogs when he is on a leash, so he may bark at them (and he has a big bark), but he will settle down. We think he would be a good dog for someone with mobility issues because of his height and size. He's great in the car and he's good with kids but because of his size and occasionally mouthing and herding, we think he's probably best with older kids. He is housetrained and crate trained. He really is such a good boy and we can't quite figure out why he hasn't found a home yet. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $200 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. We met this beautiful girl at a local Walmart while collecting Toys for Tots with the Explorers. A family was moving out of state with four kids and dogs in a small RV and didn't have room for her. We took her in and she became an unofficial mascot of our post and she wound up housed in our place. She has amazing eyes, beautiful coat and is full of energy. She is wonderful with people, especially kids. Best of all she is not finicky. She'll make a fine guard dog and companion for everyone in your home. Unfortunately changes at the station, as well as my own living situation--I am going overseas, and getting married--mean we need to find her a more permanent and still loving home.

We rescued Kodi in Oct. 2023 from his previous owner who neglected him and kept him caged all day. When we got him, he was very destructive, overly energetic, stubborn, and asserted dominance over our other dog. We sent him for professional board and train in Nov. 2023. He has improved significantly, but is still stubborn, chews on non-pet toys, and is energetic. He also asserts dominance over our 1-year-old by knocking him down. Kodi needs a home without dogs and young kids, and with a large yard to get his energy out.

This is Gio. He is 2yrsish and an old soul. He is loving and is waiting for his human/s. He just wants to be next to you and will follow you around. He is exceptionally trained, 5wk board and train, continued weekly day long adventures with his trainer, and is welcome for group training on Saturday's in San Marcos for his lifetime. He walks well, loves to jog. He will come to you with e-collar, crate, place cots, and a training session $250 homing fee to cover training session where you will learn his language for successful transition. He loves belly rubs, truck rides, walks, ball, brushes. He is so good and lovely. He was neglected and abused prior to rescue and continues to be sweet and loving with us while he waits for you. We never tested him around children (ignores on walks), cats, or small dogs. He is not the reg high energy of a Belgian, though does need mental and physical stimulation. He is best in his own space when he isn't with you due to some Malinois anxiety.
