Daisy is a bubbly and very sweet 4 year old German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix and boy, does she act like both. Daisy is very smart and very energetic. She learns new things VERY quickly and is happy to have some kind of job or project to work on. She gets bored easily and requires a lot of space, a covered yard (she can climb!) or lots of land. A hands on owner who has plenty of time and attention to give her would be ideal. She gets along with cats and other dogs, but she does tend to play a little rough, so smaller or more relaxed dogs probably wouldn't make good companions.

Meet Apollo the german shepherd!  This beautiful pure bred guy is just 16 months old. He is an active adolescent who needs to learn some manners. He loves his hard, indestructible, toys such as bones and will proudly prance around with them. Apollo is potty trained and crate trained. He pulls on the leash, but is getting better. He is good with the other shepherds in his foster home, though he does want to assert himself as alpha when outside with the male shepherd. Apollo absolutely needs a home without cats. He is a bit too much for young children and would surely knock them over. Apollo will make a great pet for someone willing to devote some time into him.
