Story
Axel was adopted from the SPCA West Seneca in 2018 by Mariah Hess, which then left the dog with my daughter who moved back home with me. I am terribly allergic and he has been left with me for far too long. I can not care for him nor do I have the funds to help him, for he has a current dry skin condition which can be cared for. He is friendly and loyal. He needs someone who has time for him. He loves to be at your side constantly. He is a wonderful dog, I just cannot care for him any longer.

Story
Meet Jolene, the charming 2-year-old German Shepherd looking for her forever home! This sweet girl was discovered tied to a cluster of mailboxes with her pink leash, abandoned and confused. Initially cautious, Jolene quickly realized her rescuer was ready to help and leaped into her car - the rest is history!  Despite her past abandonment, Jolene is resilient and loves people. With her affectionate nature, Jolene is a people and dog enthusiast, always ready to play and make new friends. Don’t be fooled though, this fun girl loves a good nap cuddled on the couch with her people. Up-to-date on her shots and fixed, this lovable girl is eager to embark on adventures and bask in the love of a devoted family. Jolene’s zest for life requires an active household, as she’s prone to bouts of boredom that might manifest in the occasional chew or dig. An apartment left empty for hours won’t suit this loyal girl; she craves companionship and activity to thrive. So, if you’re seeking a sweet, loving, loyal girl to join your adventures, cuddle on the couch and be your best friend, look no further than Jolene, the German Shepherd with the most loving heart.  If you are interested in adopting Jolene, please contact her foster below: Mary Brandt, 210-601-9654, mary@chuckstransport.com You can also submit an application at the website below:  www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         August 18, 2024, 7:41 am

Story
She is a good dog and a cuddler. I would love to keep her but she gets car sick on long rides and and it would not be fair to her to be in a car for 13 hours due to me relocating for my job. She has live in a home with newborn up to adulthood. She gets along with everyone and rarely barks. She doesnt like men that wear baseball hats unless she is used to them. I rescued her from a home that where she was being abused. She needs a grain free food and is allergic to fleas. She does like baths and walks. She is crate trained. I feed her the purina instincts food with turkey and venison.
