Story
This timid shepherd came in as a stray. She is timid and requires a calm person that understands that she needs patience. She would benefit from a confident k9 partner and positive training to help her come out of her shell. She is vocal, active, does well with male dogs. She would probably do best in a home without children.

This big boy is very protective of his family. He will require an experienced person that understands this breed. He would do well in a child free home but will pair with other dogs. He is described as obedient, active, playful, confident, and energetic. He enjoys a good scratch behind his ear, but not near his tail.

Fuego does not show well in her kennel. She has a HUGE bark, but this girl will tackle you for kisses and butt slams if given the chance. She is a large Malinois Shepherd mix that would probably do best in a home without children. She does not show much interest in the toys we have offered, but we are trying to find that one special toy. She will be a fantastic adventure buddy after some refinement. She is happy and silly.

Story
Dana is a tri-lingual, English, Spanish and doggish, 4 year old gorgeous German Shepherd. This gal has not let her beauty go to her head at all , she’s the classic German Shepherd, human focused and affectionate. Taking Dana out is a pleasure. She’s easy on leash and checks in on her human frequently. We’ve had her out on parallel walks with other shelter dogs and she’s taken to the flow of walking together easily. We understand that she lived in a household with children and teens and was both patient and great with them. Dana does have a curious streak in her…rabbits and chickens are worthy of note and attention but she’s never been aggressive. So, grab your copy of English/Spanish/Dog-ish dictionary and come on in to meet this beauty.
