Story
Courage is a brave two-year-old German shepherd with a story that will touch your heart. Abandoned at our shelter in the middle of the night, she came to us hungry and scared, not knowing what to expect. But with time and love, she has blossomed into a joyful, affectionate girl who's ready to give her heart to a family that will cherish her. Courage has come out of her shell and discovered what it means to be truly loved. Now, she's looking for a forever home where she can continue to grow and share her boundless affection. Are you the one who will show Courage the love she deserves?

Story
Spud!  A super nice and friendly 6 month old boy, who loves to play and loves everyone.  Spud was found abandoned along a road with Montana, who may or may not be his sister, though they appear to be the same age.  We are working on his housebreaking.  He's got some growing to do, but right now he's only a little over 40 lbs.  He's playful with other dogs and was good with our cat, Waylon.  He would do better with older children due to his playful manner. Please Note:  You must live within a 175-mile radius of our facility to be considered for adoption. To fill out an online application to adopt this pet, cut and paste this link:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/2627/generic You can also find a link to our online adoption application on our website at www.hartforanimals.org/adopt or on our Petfinder homepage.  We process applications in the order they are received, therefore, it could take UP TO 2 weeks for us to respond to your application. Please do not send us an inquiry unless you have specific questions. All our dogs/puppies are spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies, Bordetella, and distemper/parvo, given flea medication, heartworm tested, and given a microchip before going to their new home. ##2114366##
