Story
We love Alex! This beautiful shepherd boy is full of energy and boisterous attitude, but boy can this guy steal hearts. He is extremely cuddly and loves affection. Alex loves walks, but a game of fetch will make him your instant best friend. He is quite the all-around great pup who we have loved from the day he arrived. Alex has had some rough luck with adopters, so he is really looking for a place to spend the rest of his days in a happy, healthy home. The best kind of home for Alex: Alex should have no trouble fitting into most homes! This sweet guy is full of energy, but he is always friendly and willing to learn. He is smart and responsive and loves to please the people around him. Alex does great with other dogs and will do well with people of all ages.

Story
This big bear of a dog cannot wait to find his people: Meet Oso! He is a big, playful guy who has never met a stranger. Oso can be timid in new environments, but he is always friendly with people of all ages. He loves going for car rides and playing games of tug. Oso is an adult dog without the challenges of puppyhood, so he will have no trouble falling right into home life. He came to Little Victories when a housing situation forced his people to surrender. Oso has bundles of energy just waiting for someone to play and take him for adventures! The best kind of home for Oso: Oso is an active dog who craves more than a neighborhood walk to be fulfilled. He loves to play games of tug and chasing around his toys. He would be great for an adopter looking to be active with a large dog. We have not formally tested Oso with dogs or cats, but his previous family said he does well. According to the previous family he prefers female dogs, but we will reassess for any serious potential adopters. He does better in a plastic crate as he does have a bit of confinement anxiety when left alone. Oso is, however, very clean in his space, never making messes or being destructive with bedding.

Story
Gemma is a beautiful and sweet dog! She is perfect in almost every way—she's 100% house-trained and crate-trained, loves car rides, and walks great on a leash. She also loves to cuddle and will strongly attach to her people! Gemma, however, needs to be an only pet. She wants to be your one and only. She loves people! She would make a perfect dog for a one-pet household.Gemma had her rear left leg amputated after being hit by a car 8 weeks ago. She has quickly adjusted to having three legs but would definitely appreciate some area rugs or carpet in her new home. Fenced-in yard preferred due to Gemma's love of the outdoors. Story
Nikita is a 6-year-old German shepherd with food allergies. She is currently on a prescription diet. She is very driven and active. Nikita would do best in a home without cats and a very active human. She loves to always pack around a toy in her mouth and will chase her tail for days. Nikita's Wishlist consists of Purina HA Salmon, Fortiflora Calm, Kong dog toys, and an orthopedic dog bed. Meet Nikita! Her favorite thing to do is chase her tail, but she is not as into cat friends. She needs more exercise than a bodybuilder. The most important thing to know about Nikita is that she must always carry something in her mouth.

Miss Bella is all dressed up and ready to meet her potential adopters! Bella is a 4 year old shepherd/husky mix, around 50 lbs. According to the history we received, she is good with kids and cats and has also lived with another dog prior to coming to our shelter. Bella walks well on the leash and enjoys a leisurely lap around the block, stopping to smell the roses. She will need to be altered before going home, but don't let that stop you from putting in that application to meet her.
