We fostered this pet and were going to keep her but now we have a little baby and 3 dogs is too many. Maggie is so sweet and great dog. She loves to cuddle and enjoys walks. She can be protective sometimes but overall loves other dogs.

Story
Scout is a 4 year old active dog who loves to play and exercise. Scout was a stray we found at the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center in Tampa in April 2022. Scout is a very handsome Pointer / Lab mix and frequently gets complimented on his good looks. He is 48 pounds. He has the body of a Pointer and the head of Lab. Scout is very friendly with people and LOVES kids and loves to play. Scout has boundless, limitless energy, like a Jack Russell terrier. Scout wants to run and play fetch endlessly. He is faster than a greyhound. He is extremely intelligent and can learn tricks but his needs are beyond what we can do. Scout needs an enormous fenced-in yard where he can accelerate to top speed and keep going, going, going all day. Maybe a small farm. Scout will need to learn social skills around other dogs. Being with an older dog may help calm him down. Scout is still young and has his whole life ahead of him. Can you offer him what he needs?
