Story
Meet Liam! He is an energetic, 5 year old Pointer mix who is looking for a forever home. He would make anyone a great hiking or running companion (his foster mom jogs 8 miles a day with him!). Liam is GREAT with kids and cats! However, he is dog selective. He does great in his foster home with her older, laid back dog, but he is not all about that puppy energy. He likes to do his own thing with his family and doesn't want to be bothered with other dogs. He currently shares his home with two blind cats, an older dog, and teenagers and he LOVES all little kids that he meets! If you are interested in adopting Liam, please fill out an application at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-1277 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. When filling out an application, please check for a confirmation email to be sure that your application went through. We respond by email, so please check your spam and trash folders. Story
Reese is a beautiful 6year old girl we adopted from a shelter in Brandon, Mississippi. My son is now in college and I've taken a job transfer out of state. My son lives on campus. My daughter has her in an apartment for the meantime. It is very difficult for her to manage Reese without help due to her job. We love Reese but know that she needs a nice home with a fenced yard. Reese loves to run and play. We believe she'd be happier in a home with owners who have more time for her.

Story
Willing to negotiate neutering prior to adoption . Cooper was a lost or abandoned puppy. I attempted to find owner or a forever home. He has been with us for 3-4 months. He is pretty smart and learns when time spent with him. He’s been shy since I first found him but once he knows you he’s very loving. Super playful, but “sleeps thru the night” :) He’s a great size. At 30lbs they don’t think he’ll grow much more. Due to my situation I’m not able to make a long term commitment to a second (and very young dog)

Story
He was found in Alabama under a camper starving and scared! Some friends of ours found him and they were gonna put him in the pound and my fiance; fell in love with him so we took him home! He is so kind and sweet and LOVES attention. He is very intelligent! When he is excited he will jump and do many circles! He has so much energy. We have only had him for a couple of months but we did notice how he is aggressive when it comes to food around other dogs. Which we have another dog but recently he has been fighting with him because he wants the attention and all the food. He is an only dog and being an only dog is okay. Other than this he is amazing little dog but we cannot keep him 😭😔 He is crate trained and potty trained and is very good with kids and people. This is very hard for me and my fiance but we know this is for Doritos best interest and he just needs to be an only dog with an active family!
