🐾Dog & Kid Friendly: Duke gets along great with other dogs and adores kids. He’s currently living with toddlers (ages 3 and 4) and is wonderfully gentle, though he sometimes forgets his size and tries to be a lapdog.
🐾Playful Spirit: Toys are Duke’s passion—he loves pulling them all out and playing fetch (we’re still working on the “return” part 😉).
🐾Quick Learner: This smart, food-motivated boy has already mastered “sit,” “stay,” and “kennel.” He’s working hard on leash manners and picking things up quickly.

🐾Crate Safety: Duke absolutely must be crated when left alone, as he’s a pro at escaping wire kennels. Once in a sturdy crate, he’s perfectly content, accident-free, and sleeps peacefully at night.

🐾Duke loves food—so much so that he’s quick to snag it if it’s within reach. He’s learning boundaries but will need a watchful eye around snacks.

Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate.
