Meet Daisy, a four year old German Shorthaired Pointer mix weighing 51 pounds. Daisy came in with Duke after they were owner surrendered to Animal Control after repeatedly getting out of their yard. She is still rather nervous with all the change, she needs someone who will go slow with her and understand she is a bit anxious with change. Daisy loves to do zoomies and is so soft to touch! We do consider her a flight risk so we don't recommend just letting her loose in the yard or house without a leash dragging behind her so there is something easy to grab if she gets scared, she might even benefit from leash walking at first. Daisy does like her soft treats and knows the command "sit". She was transferred over to us from the Yakima Humane Society.
