Meet Braylee! Braylee is about 8 months old, 53 lbs, and she may have some Lab in her mix! She was surrendered due to financial issues. In her foster home, she is working hard on her house-training, crate-training and leash-walking. She could live with other dogs and kids 10+. Cats are unknown.Her foster says, "Braylee is a very sweet, loving, playful and cuddly girl. She may not show all of her good qualities right off the bat. She can be a little fearful of new people and situations, but with just a little extra love and patience she comes out of her shell and gives you all the love she has been holding back!! She loves to play with other dogs and if she can be around her favorite people 24/7, she would be in heaven!! She is a people stopping beauty so be prepared for others to stop you every block to talk about her unusual fur color and her gorgeous eyes!! When she gets excited (which is every time she sees her favorite people) she has to grab the nearest thing to put in her mouth and carry it around (like a security blanket). She loves to go on walks and gets excited for all the new smells, sights and sounds. Once out of her shell, she is friendly, outgoing, loving, cuddly, sweet, good natured girl."She is available for adoption in Hopkinton, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. Story
I’m Catelyn, a 4-year-old, 63-pound Golden Retriever. Through no fault of my own, I was surrendered by my owner who was a breeder in Louisiana. I am very frightened and hesitate to leave my safe place when it's time to go outside. Easy access to the out doors would be a plus while I gain confidence. Another dog would bring me out of my shell. I’m good with other dogs and I love puppies. Once I'm outside I walk well on a leash but in a new environment I will "pancake" and have to be carried. A fenced in yard is a must as i need to eliminate off leash without people standing too close. The volunteers will bring me out and then turn their backs and I'll go right away. I’m a quiet, loving girl looking for an understanding adopter. I don't have an aggressive bone in my body, but I'm just scared! Please apply at https://www.saveadog.org/applytoadopt.asp.

As a Rescue do not euthanize dogs but dogs that are listed as URGENT are still waiting to be saved from animal control and they do euthanise. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Talia is a sweet girl around a year old. She weighs 47#s, heartworm negative. Does awesome with other dogs and ignores the cats. She’s super sweet and loving!!
