Bella is a gorgeous 8 month old female mixed breed dog. Our best guess is a golden retriever and pyrenees mix. She currently weighs about 53 pounds and is close to fully grown.
Bella's rescuer says she has never met a stranger, and loves everyone she meets. She gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. She has not been around cats, but we believe she would do okay with them.
She is potty and crate trained, however her new family should be prepared to help her learn the routine her new home. She walks on a leash but does pull some, so her new family should be prepared to do some leash training.
She is spayed, tested heartworm negative, is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition.
She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, March 21st, and will be available to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below.
Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. Should she not be a good fit for your family upon meeting, the deposit is refundable.
If she does not receive a deposit prior to her arrival, she will be available to meet on a first come first serve basis by appointment with her foster family or at our upcoming adoption events.
