Story
Sawyer is a neutered Goldendoodle, born Feb. 29, 2020. His favorite thing is outside. He LOVES toys, playing ball, and playing in the water—he will even walk onto a paddle board, happy to accompany you while you paddle with him all day long! Despite his size and energy, Sawyer thinks he is a lap dog and would be happy to sit/lay on a lap for hours and be loved. He is a BIG baby. He does not always like to share—which means he CAN BE food and toy aggressive with other dogs (has not happened often but has happened). He has no manners and jumps on people. He is sometimes nervous around strangers -- he has an intimidating bark, but has never been aggressive. He has gone after chickens before, not aggressively, but has hurt them trying to play with them (his paws are so heavy and big). He is a counter-surfer when he is alone, he won't do it when you're around but is sneaky in the night and will find things that are left out. We are moving and have 3toddlers.

Story
I got Ace when he was a 14 weeks old. He became an older brother 4 years ago and he is excellent with her and other kids. Since then, I have became a single mom and working long hours to make ends meet is not fair for him. He is a spoiled pup that gets groomed every 6-8 weeks, loves walks or hikes and knows many tricks (he just learned how to play dead). He is very curious and cannot keep a squeak toy for longer than 30 minutes but he LOVES his bones and to play fetch! He went through puppy training and is a very good boy!

Story
Gene-Goldendoodle male, ~ 2yr. (March 2025) For an application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Gene was surrendered to a dog trainer when his prior owner could no longer care for him. The Trainer coordinates a Prison Training Program and placed Gene in that program. After evaluation, they decided Gene would be happiest as a family pet, versus a working service dog. The trainer says he has a great temperament. He is housetrained and crate trained. He's had basic obedience. He understands grooming. Gene is also okay with other dogs. He is an energetic dog and will enjoy an active lifestyle. He has a prey drive and loves to play and chase balls and birds. He may be too high energy for a home with cats. He's also bred to be smart and loyal. Gene is a big boy, over 50#, but is full grown. Due to his size and limited life experiences so far, the trainer feels older children would be recommended. He seems to have a lot of potential as a family dog. Gene's adoption fee is $600 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For an application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Story
We like to think we rescued our 2-year-old (1/16/23), 30 lb Mini Golden Mountain Doodle who was born with 1 eye, though you wouldn't know it. He has a lot of energy, which is great, but he also is very anxious, needing lots of attention. He plays very well with our Pit-bull but she is older and does not keep up long. Our concern, that we haven't been able to manage and curb, is that Jack has resource guarding when it comes to toys and his favorite locations such as his bed or if lying next to me or my wife. We have 4 grandchildren and more on the way and though nothing has happened so far, we are not willing to take a chance that he may.  Jack would thrive in a loving home where he can run and play. He has been neutered, is up to date on all of his shots and 3-yr rabies shot.
