Story
9 months old Barney is a very sweet goldendoodle pup, who is extremely adorable and loving.
Barney is a funny boy, who loves his foster siblings and his humans, and does not mind sharing his food, toys with them. When they all went to the vet, Barney was not happy to see his foster sister Mila being taken away by vet tech.
Barney lives with three dogs and 2 cats, and gets along with all of them. He is an easy pup.
Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets. Barney has been one of them, who was dumped in a park in a residential neighborhood. Concerned neighbors fed him, hoping he would be claimed by someone, but when no one came looking for him, neighbors started to contact rescues, to get him out of the rain that was in the forecast. As luck would have it, Barney found a temporary place to crash right before thunderstorm.
Being a puppy, Barney is still bouncy and playful, and a home with a second dog-friendly pup will be ideal for him.
His adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, Harness and Interstate Health Certificate for our out of state adopters.
Barney is currently being fostered in Houston, but can be transported to anywhere in the States and Canada to the right home.

Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences.
Our dogs are fully assessed by foster parents, vets and behaviorists, as well as videos and video chats are available to observe their manners in public. We are extremely transparent and like to share everything negative and positive with the adopters, to ensure it's a good fit and they are not returned to us, as the trips are very stressful on them. We need the parents to be patient and compassionate towards the changes that these pups are undergoing, being taken away from a home they came to know as their own to a new environment. 3-3-3 Rule of Adoption must be followed at all times to make adoption successfu
