My husband brought home JoJo as a puppy. He loved Great Danes and thought our family needed another dog. Unfortunately my husband passed away in July and I have had to downsize incredibly. My husband had a soft spot for furry friends and we had been on the fostering list for the KHS too. At the time of his passing, we had 8 dogs. Too many dogs to bring to my new home that will be in a neighborhood versus the country. JoJo is a gently giant. If she could sit on your lap, she would. She loves to carry around her "babies"(stuffed animals), a good run, and snuggles. She is housebroken and obviously she has been around dogs and cats. I want a great home for her to honor my husband's memory.

We don't want to, but think it is best to rehome Zeke due to the fact we are about to have our 3rd baby and don't have time to give him the love and attention he deserves. He is a gentle giant that has a huge heart and just wants to be loved on. He has been nothing short of amazing for our family and truly don't want to see him go but know it isn't fair to keep him.

Story
Meet Jack, he was dropped off to my mom from his owner in August to watch for a few days. But then the owner never returned. My mom is 71 years old and has two dogs of her own and lives on social security, so while Jack is a very loving boy he is just too much for her to handle financially and physically. He's potty trained and listens well, loves to play and run. Good with cats, dogs and has been around kids age 10-12.

Annie is a 5.5 year old purebred Great Dane. She is a spayed female who also had her stomach tacked at the time of her spay. She has been raised with other dogs and cats and does good with both of them. She has also been around our 2 year old since he was a newborn, she is good with him, she just of course does not understand her size. She prefers women over men but is not aggressive towards men. She is microchipped. She does need an updated heartworm test and Bordatella vaccine. She has been with me since she was 8 weeks old and it is an incredibly difficult decision to rehome her but we feel this will be best for her to receive more attention as we both work full time. She does need a fenced in yard to run in. She does dig holes in the yard and has some separation anxiety when left alone but nothing severe. We will keep Annie in our care until we find the perfect fit for her. Please reach out if you are interested!

Kleo is a 5yo Female great Dane! She is blue and sweet as can be to humans, does okay with cats and kids. She loves to snuggle and is so soft and pretty! She is happiest snuggled up on the couch or in bed with people! Kleo is however, extremely reactive to other dogs. She would do best in a home with a fenced in back yard (6ft or taller) with no other pets. She does do okay with cats but will bark at them occasionally. She has been around little kids and while she would never hurt one on purpose, she may accident knock a kid over. Overall she is a sweet girl and deserves a loving family.
