Story
Max is about 6-7 yrs old and is one big hunk of love. His favorite hobby is being a couch potato. He gets short bursts of energy and then is ready to take another nap. He loves to lay on your lap and give huge kisses that wet your entire face. He is potty trained and doing well with leash walking. Great with every dog he meets. And up to date on all vaccinations.

Story
Meet Slater Slater came to UCC from a hoarding case in January. It's been a slow process but he's grown a great deal in these 3 months. Slater is around 1 year old and 65 lbs. He's learning but still struggling with leash walking so he'd prefer a home with a fenced in yard where he can sniff and enjoy the outside. He does know some basic commands, and he is working on his crate training and housebreaking skills. Slater is a shy but very special dog with a lot of love to give. He has not been cat tested at this time and would do best in a home with older respectful children that can understand and navigate his quirks. He is dignified and quiet, but also knows how to have fun and enjoys a good play session with other rowdy and tolerant dogs. He is young and has so much love and energy to give. We hope you consider adopting Slater into your family. He is a wonderful dog and deserves the best. If you have the patience to bring this boy out of his shell to blossom Slater is for you!
