Story
Meet Marmaduke! At 5.5 y/o, this Great Dane x Husky mix is a big, gentle sweetheart who just wants to be loved. He had a tough start - abandoned in a home with no food or water, then stressed in a full shelter where he was on a deadline due to overcrowding. Luckily, Team Dog Rescue was able to help, and now he’s safe in foster care, waiting for his forever family. Marmaduke is a fetch champion, a couch potato, and a certified counter surfer (watch your snacks!). He’s great with cats and gets along with some dogs (he just prefers a proper introduction first). Given his past, he gets nervous when left alone, so he’s in need of a wfh family or someone who’s around more often than not. If you have room in your home (and your couch) for a big, sweet boy, Marmaduke would love to meet you. Visit www.teamdogrescue.ca./adoptables to fill out an application today! Story
Hello there, I'm Wednesday. My world revolves around sweet snuggles, gentle nudges, and curious explorations. My heart beats for those who show me kindness, and I repay them with unwavering loyalty. I promise to be the best listener to your tales. I love to explore, my nose guiding me on delightful adventures. My spirit is quiet, but my love is loud. Every day is a chance for a new friendship, a new bond. I promise to make every day feel like a celebration. I adore people and love spending time with my humans, but I do have a special request: I need to be the only pet in the home. Due to being reactive to other dogs, I will thrive best in a household where I can receive all the attention and love. If you're looking for a devoted, fun-loving companion who will shower you with love, I might just be the perfect match. Could you be the one to give me the forever home I've been waiting for? Story
Meet Callie – the ultimate gentle giant who is as loving as she is stunning! Callie is a big, affectionate sweetheart who thrives on love and companionship. For her size, she is incredibly chill and has the perfect balance of relaxed and playful energy. She adores her humans and will happily curl up on the couch for a nap, but she’s always excited to get outside for a nice walk or some fun in the snow—one of her absolute favorite things! This lovable girl is fantastic with kids, making her an excellent family dog. She is patient, kind, and always happy to be part of the action, whether that’s a play session with the kids, lounging with the family, or simply keeping you company throughout the day. Callie is also great with other dogs and even does well with cats, making her the perfect addition to a multi-pet household. She is making wonderful progress with her leash training and enjoys getting out for walks, but she’s equally content spending time relaxing at home. Her love for belly rubs and snuggles is unmatched, and she’ll quickly become your most loyal and affectionate companion. Callie is looking for a loving family who will cherish her gentle spirit, give her all the love she deserves, and let her be part of their everyday life. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate, and family-friendly dog who will bring endless love and warmth into your home, Callie is your girl!
