Meet Baxter, the perfect adventure buddy! At 11 months old, this Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix is ready to find his forever family. With his sweet and loyal disposition, Baxter is amazing with a capital A. While he's still learning a few things, he thrives with someone who understands big dogs and loves outdoor activities. Baxter is a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs. But his heart truly belongs to his humans, where he seeks comfort and companionship, often snuggling up beside them. While he's not a fan of being crated, Baxter is more than happy to lounge around the house. With his playful spirit and unwavering loyalty, Baxter is guaranteed to be an incredible companion for the right person or family. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Bambi (formerly known as Beauty) is still a baby as an 11-month-old female Great Pyrenees mix looking for someone to love.  She came to the shelter as a puppy and was adopted, but unfortunately, her owner's long work hours required too much crate time for Bambi. She is a little upset that she missed the Olympics due to shelter life, but is hoping to find her Forever Home before football season is in full swing.  She loves ear scratches, snuggling, and a little bootie scratch now and again. This sweetheart would be fine with other dogs and older children.  We always recommend a Meet n' Greet with any dogs you already have in your home. Bambi  is house trained and will need a nice, securely fenced yard where she can safely play and get the exercise a large breed needs.  Come meet Bambi soon--she lives up to her name because she is truly sweet and gentle.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  August 18, 2024, 10:08 pm
