Story
Oreo is a smart and eager-to-learn pup who's making great progress in his training, especially with leash walking. While he may need slow introductions with other dogs, he's showing lots of potential with the right socialization. Oreo would thrive in a rural setting with plenty of yard space to explore. He's still growing and would do best with adopters who have experience with large breeds. His love for food makes him a star pupil in positive reinforcement training. Oreo would do best with children over 10 as he is large and strong.Once he feels at ease, Oreo is affectionate and loves to lean into his humans, sometimes even trying to snuggle up on their laps. His new family will need to be patient and understanding as he continues to learn and grow and realize his own strength.Do you think you could be "Oreo's" person? Here are some ways to find out:1. Story
Introducing our lovable furry friend! This charming pup is a people-person through and through—ready to soak up all the pets and attention from anyone, including strangers! However, when it comes to little ones, sudden movements and loud noises can startle him a bit. If children are calm and gentle, he's happy to hang out. Although he's not a fan of being carried or lifted up, he's a big fan of canine companions, especially smaller or similar-sized dogs. He's a true protector, but only when needed—stepping up if other dogs are too rowdy or aggressive. Birds? Squirrels? They definitely catch his eye during walks, but with a bit of leash training, he's working on his focus. In terms of energy, he's got the perfect balance—loving outdoor adventures but a total zen master indoors. While he might tug a little on walks, once he settles, he's an excellent leash follower. Busy streets can be overwhelming, so quieter spots are more his style. No guarding resources from people, but he might issue a gentle growl if other dogs get too close. When it's time to travel, he prefers a cozy crate in the car—helping ease those nerves and avoiding any car sickness. One thing's for sure—he's a potty pro outdoors only! Basic commands like sit, stay, paw, and eye contact? Nailed it! And did we mention he's a sucker for ice cubes? If you're ready to welcome this gentle giant into your heart and home, reach out to our team today to make him a part of your family! Story
Meet Bobu!Bobu is a gentle and affectionate dog who came into our care when her previous owner could no longer care for her. This big, sweet girl loves being around people but also appreciates having her own space. Bobu gets along well with other dogs and might thrive in a home with a canine companion, provided they're properly introduced. Given her size, she will need a home with enough space for her to roam comfortably.Bobu has food allergies that require a limited ingredient diet, and is currently undergoing treatment for skin irritation with regular medicated baths. To help manage her itchy skin, Bobu wears a cone when unattended. Additionally, she has itchy ears and is receiving medication for them.Bobu is a loving and resilient dog who deserves a caring home where she can get the support she needs to thrive.Do you think you could be Bobu's person?
