Oreo is a smart and eager-to-learn pup who's making great progress in his training, especially with leash walking. While he may need slow introductions with other dogs, he's showing lots of potential with the right socialization. Oreo would thrive in a rural setting with plenty of yard space to explore. He's still growing and would do best with adopters who have experience with large breeds. His love for food makes him a star pupil in positive reinforcement training. Oreo would do best with children over 10 as he is large and strong.Once he feels at ease, Oreo is affectionate and loves to lean into his humans, sometimes even trying to snuggle up on their laps. Introducing our lovable furry friend! This charming pup is a people-person through and through—ready to soak up all the pets and attention from anyone, including strangers! However, when it comes to little ones, sudden movements and loud noises can startle him a bit. If children are calm and gentle, he's happy to hang out. Although he's not a fan of being carried or lifted up, he's a big fan of canine companions, especially smaller or similar-sized dogs. He's a true protector, but only when needed—stepping up if other dogs are too rowdy or aggressive. Birds? Squirrels? They definitely catch his eye during walks, but with a bit of leash training, he's working on his focus. In terms of energy, he's got the perfect balance—loving outdoor adventures but a total zen master indoors. While he might tug a little on walks, once he settles, he's an excellent leash follower.
