Story
Meet Molly! She is currently 10 weeks old, and we think she may be a Great Pyrenees / Labrador Retriever mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Molly's video here: * coming soon * Molly is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She loves to play and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! Molly is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/677ee13c01f7d8a7f10ce4e3 Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,000.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Hi! I’m Doofy. I’m a big guy (about 100 pounds), but I promise, I’m all heart! I’m a cuddler, lover, & total goofball. I may have the stamina of a puppy sometimes (hello, zoomies!), but I’m mostly a medium-energy kind of dog. I’m a jumper, but only for greetings—because I’m just so excited to see you! I love balls, bones, soft toys, & especially my Kong toys stuffed with yummy treats. I already know how to sit, lay down, & I’m motivated by treats so training is going really well! I take treats gently & would love to keep learning, especially when it comes to leash manners and finding the right toys. I’m crate trained, but if I’m being honest, I’d rather not be in one. I’d love a home where someone is around a lot since I don’t like being left alone—whether that’s inside or outside. But if you take the time to get to know me, I promise I’ll show you all my love & loyalty. I’m shy at first, but once I trust you, I’m your protector & best friend. I’d do great in a home with another dog (especially one about my size or smaller—remember, I’m kind of a big guy!), & if you have a dog-savvy cat, I think we could be friends too. I’m great with kids but because of my size & jumping, I’d do best with kids 12+. Oh, and no birds, please! I’m pretty sure they’re just too tasty for me to resist! A big yard with a tall fence would be awesome—lots of space to run & play and feel like part of the family. I promise I’ll repay you with lots of cuddles, tail wags, and love!

Story
Maverick is an absolute sweetheart. He is like a giant, goofy puppy. He absolutely loves running around in the pasture with the horses and would do best on a farm or ranch where he has an outdoor job. He does not get along with cats. He does get along with most other dogs, particularly large dogs. He does not get along with my frenchies because they get in his face and he doesn't like that. He does like to be dominant so would do best with other dogs that don't want to be the alpha. He is great with my kids and lets them climb all over him without even a thought. And he loves to give big hugs!

Story
Bailey is a sweet soul who likes to be right at a trusted human's hip. When you sit near her, she will gently paw you for pets and hypnotize you with her big puppy dog eyes. She will protect and guard for those she loves (She is a Great Pyreness after all!) Bailey likes to wander and can fit through small spaces (we've personally witnessed this). Please consider this (and a well-built fence!) when thinking about adopting Bailey. Please reach out if you have any questions about our sweet Bailey girl!

Story
Meet our lovable 5-year-old, 200lb neutered male Great Pyrenees, who has recently retired from his role as a goat ranch dog. Due to his retirement, he can no longer be around livestock, so a home without them is a must. This gentle giant is a lover of people, children, and having plenty of space to roam around. He enjoys walks and outdoor adventures but prefers to be the only dog in the house. He gets along with certain dogs, but generally prefers to have all the attention to himself. Our Great Pyrenees is looking for a home with lots of fenced-in land as he loves to explore and stretch his legs. He would make an excellent protector of acreage without livestock, keeping any unwanted critters at bay. He is loyal and protective of his family, making him a great addition to any home. His size and gentle nature make him an ideal family dog, and he is sure to bring love and joy to your household. If you have plenty of space and are looking for a loving companion who will keep you safe, our Great Pyrenees is the perfect match for you! Come meet him today and fall in love with this gentle giant.   ##1556643##
