Hello, my name is Neville. I am estimated to be about 2 years old and am a Pyrenees/Husky mix. Regardless of my breed, there is no doubt that I am a beautiful, handsome fella and have won over the hearts of all the staff at the Orillia center. I am friendly once I am comfortable with you but I do take time to warm up to new faces and that may require multiple in-person meetings with you. I will need an experienced owner who knows how to read body language, anticipate reactions, and manage behaviors with positive reinforcement. I know how to sit and would be very easy to train with some tasty treats. I really enjoy toys and love to play. I do not enjoy being alone and prefer to be with my humans, I love a good cuddle! I may do well in a home with another canine companion but I would like to meet them first to see if we get along. I have not been cat tested. I am house trained. If you are interested in meeting me please send in an adopter profile to the Orillia center. I am very eager to leave the center and find my forever family, I can't wait to meet you! But behind those soulful eyes is a heart that wants to trust — and every day, he’s getting a little bit braver.Chester recently had his very first full groom, and he handled it like a champion. Now that he’s clean, brushed, and feeling a little more comfortable, he’s starting to show signs of who he could become with time and patience.
